    I would say dobyns. They feel the best and most balanced in my hands.

    The fenwick smallmouth rods are very nice. I have the 6'9" MLF and MXF. These two rods cover most of my light line finesse fishing.

    I guess it was just bad tying on my part. I'm not giving up on the line yet though, everything else about it preformed well. I usually use braid on all my spinning outfits but wanted to go with something clear.

    I tried yozuri hybrid I 6lb test for clear water creek smallmouth and had the line break at the knot multiple times. Wondering what knot people are using with this line and if anyone has had the same problem.
