  1. What's you forage fish in there? Bluegill, shad, shiners? I like the bandit and strike king cranks the most. Can't go wrong with the new DT series from Rapala too. I like colors that mimic the forage fish, "match the hatch" I also like to have some chartreuse & firetiger colors
  2. Thanks BUZZ I like that, I got a identical storage cabinet at my parents house that my Dad wants to get rid of looks like I will take that off his hands now ;D
  3. looks great! Are those Red eye shads on the first two? did you just repaint them or did you get them unpainted? You got any specs on your drying wheel I like that, because you can do lipless with ease it looks like. Once again looks great!

So I have: Airbrush Createx Paint Crankbaits 3D eyes Jig Holder That I used for tying flys jigs etc... Do I use just blue painters tape to mask off my colors or what? Do I need anything else?

  12. about 1.5yr ago they barely get run is the bad part :'( they are very seasonal. Do you run the seafoam in the gas tank or what. Just apply the recommended amount directly into the gas tank and always leave it in?
  13. Is vinly paint what is used in the airbrushes for painted the bodies? My dad has a ton of it that he has laying around that he wants me to take!
  14. Ok we have 3 Suzuki 9.9 four strokes here at the property I work for. We use them for our fishing rigs on the lake. We have been having problems with the studdering and not spitting water. I think the main reason is b/c they are governed and they don't get to blow off the carbon at higher rpms. They run 2500 rpms max . Because it is a no wake lake. I was thinking about running seafoam in it to burn it off I know people have used that on 2 strokes. I just don't wanna blow these motors up. Any help would be much appreciated!
  15. I first saw the oval split rings on the new Rat-L-Traps and they do keep the knot where they need to stay that is the only difference I've seen, I do notice that the run a little trueier for the most part b/c the line doesn't move around on the split ring
  16. I want to just make some custom made baits, I would like to make some custom looking Bluegill & Threadfin Shad baits to match the forage out on our lake, and just for another hobby
  17. So all I do is go to school work on my truck and fish! I love to have little projects to keep me busy, there is only so much crap I can watch on TV ...So I want to learn how to paint/make my own crank baits. Possibly even swimbaits down the road. So what is my best resource, (website) to learn, and where's a good place to get everything. The only place I know of is Jann's Netcraft. So any help would be much appreciated!
  18. Wow that looks great
  19. Hi All, I am from Bluffton, SC, and I work as the Nature Guy at a local plantation. We have 165 acre stocked w/:Largemouth Bass, Hybrid Striped Bass, and Bluegill. We stocked the bass 2.5 years ago and have already caught a 6lb 6oz bass! So all in all I love to fish FW & SW but my profession makes me more of a FW fisherman. Love the site so far and can't wait to hang out here some more!
