Im pretty new to fishing, and had a couple questions to how the pros are fishin up on the red river today. i know the water temp is about 58 degrees and a cold front came through last night but i was always told that when i cold front comes through, especially during prespawn and spawn, the fish go back to deeper water around ledges and points near shallow flats.. on the videos most of them are flippin jigs and shallow crankbaits up in shallow timber and grass. most are in backwaters that arent as muddy as the main river. do most fish stay in shallow and stay close to cover until theres a severe drop in water temp?
