Awesome job Fanatic. I cannot believe some people have the nerve to attempt to criticize you for going somewhere to help people. I have never heard a person that volunteers his/her time to help the less fortunate locally complain about someone else doing the same in another country that needs them even more. It is safe to say that still stands... no way those questioning your loyalty are frequent volunteers for the poor and broken, otherwise they'd have a heck of a lot more compassion. Well said P4Bass... I would say the Fanatic is building his treasure elsewhere and setting a great example for those around him.

I've been pleased with my 734 for jigs... not quite as sensitive as my 793 NRX, but then again it shouldn't be. You'll love the rod.

Manning obviously doesn't play defense, but he can help the defense by dictating the pace of the game and doing the ever so important putting points on the board. When the opponent knows that the Colts offense is one of the worst in the league with an inexperienced margianlly talented QB, it's pretty easy for them to just put the pedal to the metal and bury them. Bright side for the Colts fans is that they're doing the "Suck for Luck" sweepstakes and will get another dominate 10-12 year QB to take over for Manning in a couple more years. In the mean time, they can start getting a little younger.

Sam... loved the lead-in to this thread. I was curious what was so good about being an Auburn Tiger. Made me laugh. I'm sure LSU and Michigan alums were all pleased with their college years... great places for kids to further their education. However, neither of them have anything on Oklahoma (well, except for LSU's National Championship a few years ago).

Curado... tough to beat that reel with any other below $200.

Surprised to hear that no one has mentioned that it is a pollutant (JF does in a round about way). It is actually illegal to use it in CA (as a fish attractant) and carries a pretty big fine.

If I made that mistake in a store I was managing, I would honor my mistake without question... therefore, I would hope that whatever store I was in would do the same (if the price is anywhere within reason- I wouldn't expect a $500 NRX listed at $5 to be honored). However, when I worked retail when I was younger we were lead to believe that it was the law that you had to honor the price you had marked.

Unfortunately more manageability = more stretch, less manageable = less stretch. Tackle Tour did a pretty good fuoro "contest" a couple years back and that's pretty much the way it is. Tatsu is probably the best combination of qualities you'll find, but that's why it's so expensive.

I'm a huge OKC Thunder fan, so I'm bummed to not see them not have a full season to pick up right where they left off. However, I'm good with just football and college basketball as long as the NBA is back after the Superbowl. Christmas day will have football this year, so I won't mind not having the NBA on in the background.

If you're on you're own and paying all of your bills by yourself... you're pretty close. Different for everyone, and as has been mentioned everyone does not ever officially become an "adult" with their decision making.
