I don't miss the post-selects of MLF (DVR prn) and I also make sure to catch all of Zona's espisodes. I like a lot of the other shows when I have time, but those two I make a point to watch.

KD was in a lose-lose on this one. If he took a 1 year deal now with OKC and then maxed it next year when the new cap arrives just as Westbrook leaves town, he'd be criticized by many of the same people criticizing him now for taking less money to chase a ring. Taking less money to go work for a better company/team in a more desirable location is something most of us would struggle to do, because most of us would actually be chasing the money that athletes are frequently chastised for doing. The people in OKC calling him a coward are also cracking me up... did they say that about the owners of the Supersonics when they abandoned Seattle and moved the team to OKC?

I seem to get a better hookup ratio with the hook oriented perpendicular to the bait, so I use two O-rings and cross them over each other like an "x" to get the best of both worlds (for me).

Thank you for all the feedback so far. I just saw Chevy has 0% APR in June and Ram is 2.9%, so it may have just flipped 51/49 the other direction. I'm sure I'll be more than happy either way since I've yet to meet a diesel owner that didn't have great things to say about their truck, but this is getting to be a tough call (nice to have first world problems I suppose).

I've been driving a 1/2 ton hemi for 12 years now and it's time to upgrade, and since I'm planning to keep this next truck 10+ years and pull a horse trailer and small travel trailer in addition to my boat I figure I might as well step up to a 3/4 ton and diesel engine. I'm leaning 51/49 to the Ram at this moment and the only "con" I have against either is the DEF tank being so prominent on the Chevy, but it's really a toss up at this point. Thanks!

Sorry for your losses and as sad as they are I'd have to say that silver lining of great memories in the absence of regret with your dad is something special that will keep him near and dear forever. Awesome you guys were that close and did so many things together.

I'm in. Things could get really interesting with the +1 cap on positions per starter (e.g., if you have a star RB out one week with a minor injury and another on a bye you're either playing without an RB or having to cut one). If 10/12 teams do not join it may be worth making that a +2 since RB's will also be used for the flex position.

Really looking forward to trying some of these out. Been a while since I've been anxiously waiting for a soft plastic!

Awesome job! That reminds me of my 6 y.o. daughter at the time when we went up to Idaho and she would not touch any of the smallmouth with red eyes because they were mad at her for catching them. Congrats to the both of you and I imagine you were even more excited about her catch than she was.

All good ideas and if I was in your situation I'd probably approach it with three potential options and decide which one to go with after getting a first impression. Some cash/GC, buying lunch, a day on the boat, or a genuine thank you could all be great options. Congrats on getting your gear back and best of luck!

Any time I'm headed out on a solo trip I try to take my Golden. Definitely have to keep an eye on him due to his affinity for jumping in the water (just like yours!), but it's well worth the little extra work. He's pretty entertaining and keeps things light with his knack for being just the right amount of goofy.
