  1. Asics gel nimbus, all day, every day.
  2. I fish in WI and i use baby bass, baby bass, and pearl. All lakes clear water
  3. So I love, i mean LOVE 15lb cxx for my spinnerbaits and chatterbaits, however i just can't deal with the memory anymore. I'm looking for a new line that hopefully is as strong and tough as cxx, just a little more supple. I'm thinking about yozuri hybrid, mccoy mean grean, or whatever line you guys have to suggest, and i would especially love to hear from you who have used cxx and made the switch to something else. Thanks for your time!!!
  4. What lake you on in WI?
  5. I personally would go with the LTB, and yes that rod will work great for that application
  6. Having done 8-10 walleye tournaments a year for the last 13 years, i can say i'm glad this is a bass site and not a walleye site!!! You guys are flirting with some little known tricks that have cashed multiple checks for me. In every lake the most overlooked population of walleye are the fish in less than 5ft of water, and those fish are almost always willing to bite something. Now for the rattle trap part, those things can be just dynamite burned for shallow water walleye. I've been crossing over to bass for the last 7 years, and can't believe how much my shallow water walleye experience has helped targeting overlooked offshore bass. Oh, and squarebills.....walleye can't get enough of those either, matter of fact the last tourney i won, all walleye came in less than 2 ft of water and all on squarebills (this was 2006 mind you
  7. Anything! I'd use it for spinnerbaits and chatterbaits, or even lipless cranks when ripping them out of weeds. Its an extremely versatile rod.
  8. They are very tip heavy, i don't care for them at all. For that price i'd definitely go with a BPS pro qualifier in 6'6" or 7' MH.
  9. Any fresh weeds will have fish, weed flats that drop off to deep water will be very very good places to start. I'd throw red eye shads and occasionally rip it when it hits the weeds.
  10. What lake?
  11. Yes, you can. And if you wanted, you could even fish one more rod on top of that! 3 rods/lines/presentations a person here in WI
  12. IMO, the shallow blue is the best polarized fishing lens i have used. Ever. The 2 people i had use mine for a day, both ended up buying a pair.
  13. How about you just post it so everyone knows????
