I'm not in anyway bragging, but i get all A's in school and work in the summer, its not that. I just have high suspicions that a 200 dollar BASS, key word being BASS reel, will not fly, if you know what i mean! ;D
At gander mountain they were having all these sales. Saw a Fenwick HMX Xheavy for $37! I know its not the best rod in the world, but i figured its a good deal for fishing in heavy pads and crappy weeds. Seems to be a nice rod, and all you guys have had nothing but good to say about fenwick rods, (too bad theyre still not made in USA)
theyre alot of money for me (im 15), and i bet my parents wont let me buy them, but its a cool dream. PS both my parents love fishing, just not really fresh water. but again, cool dream.
I have a 6'6'' ultralight and works fine for bluegill and crappie, but thats not really a testing species list. It works great for what I use it for, and I know another guy who uses them alot.
funny you should say that i was gonna buy a symetre as my backup plan, if i cant find anything better. i figured i just might as well get some other reel opinion, but i figured that as a genral rule, you cant beat shimano. just looking around though. thanks!
OK, how bout US Reels? I know theyre made in the "far east" (China?), but on the computer they sound nice ;D thats on the computer, not seen one, and i have my suspicions. but heck, im all for a better spinning reel!
