I have that rod, paired with a Fuego. I use the rod for senko's, spinnerbaits, crankbaits and just about whatever I'm fishing at the time. I personally don't get too hung up on these uber-specific labels that get put onto gear, rods in particular.
The rod has a lot of backbone, but a soft tip. The length is good for accurate casts. The rod balances well and is surprisingly lightweight. Had I not just bought a Dobyns 684c I'd be all over this deal
