What do you use for a belly weight and how do you install it? im new to this also lol. thanks for the info i've learned alot just from reading this post!

im still wondering about the brush guards though i don't have the molds yet so i don't know do i have to put the weedguards in before i pour the lead or could i do it after it's poured how does that work? thanks for the input on the paint! i think im going to do some expirimenting with both methods.

Im planning on making some jigs flippin, finesse and swim jigs. I have a few questions as far as paint goes. What is the best method of painting jigs? Powder coat, spray or other? Also the finish for these jigs should i use an enamle? One last thing, When i mold the jig and i have to put the weed guard in do i mold it into the jig or put it in after the jig is painted?

i have never tried it with hotdogs but i have caught bluegills on bratwaurst! fun and cheap bait!!!!
