  1. Anybody going to Lake "O" next week and have a seat open? I would really, really, really like to see/fish the lake. Can go anyday and stay as long as you want. Or any lake for that matter. My engine is getting some work so I'am on the sideline.
  2. I was at sawgrass last week and saw the BSO and a tow truck pulling up a car and a suv. Fished in the miami lakes canals a few years back and looked down and there was a car down there as well
  3. No different than any other body of water down here. Try plastic worms both weightless and texas rigged, any type of shad rapala (4-6 ft. divers are mt favorite). Spinner baits and top waters like the heddon torpedo or pop-r's. You can never go wrong with a garry yamamoto senko.
  4. Best fish I have seen this year on any forum.
  5. Thats a BadAzz looking photo. If you ever need a backseater at the Lake O, I would love to go. I still have yet to put my eyes on the lake.
  6. Great fish Dwight!
  7. Checho, good fish. I spent many a day and night on the Wekiva. Used to put in @ Katies' Landing and fish towards the St. John. Never caught one that good though.
  8. No..just i'am just burned out on pulling up my trolling motor every couple of minutes to clear the prop.
  9. Fished SawGrass nort on hwy 27. Boated 100+, biggest was 4 1/2. Not picture worthy but nice to get so alot of hits. 50% on senko, 25% topwater(torpedo), 25% rapala shads. Used the ramp past SawGrass Park on the right.
  10. Iam done with Lox till I hear the water has come up.
  11. That is awesome brother!
  12. Nice mess Bruce.
  13. I have been using saros 2500's for the last 3 years for my charter business. I have 5 of them and just added a 3000 this season. They have held up nicely with minimal maintenance(Lube jobs only. Never had any problems. The extra spool is nice and the handles change out quick and easy. Mine are mounted on 6'6" MHF Carrot Sticks and MHXF 6'8" Cumaras.
  14. Real nice Bruce!!! Great photo.
  15. Awesome fish!!!!!!!
  16. Thats a fine fish Steve!
  17. I would say big fish will be twice that if not more. Dan will probably be throwing a 4 pound bait.
  18. How about a little friendly gabbage on the side for big fish????
  19. The no-see-ums are think on the grass so bring your skin-so-soft.
  20. I finally got into the Curados today. There was swamp crust all throughout. Reels cleaned up nicely. I had tried to clean a baitcaster before and its still in pieces in a zip lock bag but watching the video gave me the confidence to try it. I'am happy with the job.
  21. Those are some pretty bass. Always nice to see a father passing it on to the kids!
  22. Eric, If I had a full size bass rig I would take you and Dan.
  23. Wow the field really fell out. Jason from JD's will be bringing his boat. Capt. Bud will be in his back seat.
  24. Looks like safelight may be about 6:00-6:15. Like Bruce said somebody is going to get a BIG fish. Looking forward to seeing all yall there. Before we launch Dan and Jason from JD'sCustomBaits, will be giving out some sample frogs and worms. Bring some big hooks.
