  1. Not sure what kind of boat it is.
  2. Good looking fish!
  3. That sure looked pretty! I thought you were fixing to show us the bait
  4. Great Fish bro! My largest bass have come on nightime buzzbaits. I read an article, then saw it on ESPN, about a Ga. guy named Pat Cullen. He has caught over 1000 ten pound bass. He said most all of his fishing is at night with a black buzzbait.
  5. My first trip into the glades I caught 85...I have been spoiled every since. Have had several 300 plus fish days between two or us. Went through 13 sacks of worms on one of those trips. Most intense was a husband/wife client that boated over 50 fish in an hour. We had to pull the plug and run for our lives due to lightening and blinding rain. If the bilge had quit we would have sunk. I have also been skunked too many times to remember
  6. That is a fat hawg!
  7. I'am headed out for a vacation with my family and my mom is in from La. I have not seen her in seven years. She and I had not fished together in over twenty years. It was a miracle that she could come to me since she had a stroke some years ago and travel is very difficult for her. I did not have a father figure in the house, but mom made the best of it as a single mom. She and I used to cane pole it for brim and and run crawfish nets. She also is the one who thought I might make it as a fishing guide way before I ever thought of guiding. What a mom! I have had titans of industry and well known folks in the boat with me.........But this was the most fun and the most important fishing trip I have ever taken. We caught about twenty fish including a 5+ pounder. My mom is hilarious so the video is extra funny!
  8. Good fish Bruce!
  9. Good fishing John!
  10. I can only imagine how that fish fought!!!!
  11. Incredible bass Steve!
  12. Robert and Mike, yall smoked em! Congratulations. Here is a good contrast. I fished Lox yesterday. Put in on lox rd. Robert and Dan said the water was up. I ran all over the flats looking for fish, actually any boat can right now. Picked up one 5# and broke off a few more (+-) fishing in the sawgrass islands. Too much water too fast IMO.
  13. No experience with Mann's, but I do use snakes. Even in the everglades where there are alot of snakes, they are hit and miss.
  14. Congratulations! The senko is hard to beat sometimes.
  15. Nice footballs!
  16. Fishing Lox tomorrow...hope to have a good report.
  17. Mind blowing!!!!!!!
  18. Not really worried about that. I'am constantly looking around and watching the mood of all the gators I can see. I usually do not have to worry about them doubling back on me. They like to stay in the water when your on the bank. If they come out of the water then then you over stayed your welcome. However if you come across one that has been fed by a human or hangs out where people clean fish then those are extremely dangerous. I'am more concerned about the ones that want to get in the boat.
  19. Thats a beauty, even got a little punch on her. Homade bait...thats just iceing on the cake
  20. Don't you hate when your really looking forward to going fishing and when the time comes the weather stinks. I really needed to get my fish fix on but the weather was nasty. After loseing my crankbait to a gator I went with a topwater frog. The couple I got on the frog were very visual hits. Just before leaving I was charged by an alligator. He just wanted the fish but it shook me pretty good. Video link at bottom.
  21. That is mighty fine! Big O gut on the one picture. Do you think I can run to the backside of the flats? Would like to get out there this week.
  22. Great photo. Beautiful bass, Congratulations.
