  5. checkout tiboats.net lots of good info over there, little hard to find info for the crawdad but its there. i've been kicking this idea around for a while myself. but i think i've made a decision skin the tops with plywood or 5/4 pine (drill a couple holes if u want, hole for pliers and a beverage holder) and the use a 7" wise economy pedastal on top of the bench, then swivel, then seat. pic of kinda what i'm talking about h ttp://farm5.static.flickr.com/4072/4506226442_7668ca2250_o.jpg

  7. really easy... i had a compost pin in my yard and i added a bunch of leaves that already had little worm and must of had worm eggs too. completely by accident i had some fat worms within a month. but i killed them all we it started getting warm out, they cooked. but i've read all you need is peat moss and a trash can. and keep it in the shade!
  8. wow.. looks like i'll be swinging by today. fingers crossed that Alabama and RI are the same! thanks.
  9. hey anyone use snap swivels when using there hard baits? i was taught don't use them to minimize what the fish sees, makes perfect sense. but when i go out to my wife and kid i always set them up with a snap to make there changeout easier on them and on me. so my questions are do any successful anglers use them regularly? and would the benefits of being able to swap out baits quickly and therefore being able to find the "right" one quicker out way the added bulk to the tackle?
  10. when i was new to boating (still suck at it, tho).. nice day but got a freak rain shower, so we beached the boat to stand under some trees. got off the boat fine, on all fours, but fine. with my new found confidence i decided i'd go back to the boat to get the cigars, boat slips out and i'm left in 10" screaming for my buddy to come and save my new blackberry. he stood there and laughed. lost the cigars too. memories.
  11. rhody guy here... burrillville BOOM
