  1. Did or does Strike King make a 1/4 oz SILENT RES? I could've sworn the one I just lost was a 1/4 oz silent but I cannot find that type for sale anywhere? Also, is there a noticeable sound difference between the 1/4 and 1/2 oz sizes? Any other traps have a nice shimmy on the fall like the strike King? thanks for any replies!
  2. Abu Garcia Revo Alx is the smallest reel I've used. The lightest and almost as small at 4.7 ounces is the aldebaran but it sounds like you have those already
  3. I have the shadow rap shads and I have cracked one doing the same thing as the guy in the video. However I have caught many bass and snook on the ones I have and have not had any issues with breakage.
  4. Good advice here. That's why I will never buy a rod again with ceramic inserts. It cost me a lot of money in cut line and swimbaits launched into orbit years ago when I first started until I finally figured it out too.
  5. I have ordered from them once. If my memory serves me correct it took about a week to week in a half and then I received an email saying my order had shipped and he did give a tracking number.
  6. Manabu Kurita
  7. Just ordered 20 PBJ swimjigs. Too good to pass up. Thanks Mike and thank you for such an excellent product at such a good price. Just at wondering as well. What kind of hook comes on your swimjigs. I forgot to check because all my past orders came with the owner deep throat so I didn't even think about it.
  8. I leave at 2 am when I head to okeechobee!!
  9. Enjoyed your posts Be safe while your gone and get back and get some more big ones. I know the feel of being deployed too. You'll be back before you know it!
  10. Lol. Truest statement I've read in awhile!
  11. Mikes customer service is top notch!
  12. I like where I can see where he's casting. Mikeybalzz sometimes uses a hat cam and you can see exactly where hes flipping into. This to me is much more valuable than just seeing a guy in the deck of his boat flipping and the area he's flipping is off camera. Yes the screen gets shakey with hat cams but you can get much better information by seeing the whole cast. He also gives water temps and depths and times of year as well. Gives you an idea of why he's doing it
  13. This the same Evilcatfish from SU?? If it is pm me
  14. Thank you for the comparison pics! It does look a good bit smaller for sure. The curado 200I already has a smaller profile as it was.
  15. Could you post a side by side comparison with the curado I?
  16. Good? Depending on what you're using it for. Moving baits I like it A LOT. Jigs and plastics not so much. I fish heavy powered rods and the 25# test is not enough to withstand the shock. Maybe it was my knots but that is where it always broke. I do not have that problem with CXX. That is why i switched back to it. It can develop some memory if it is not used for a bit but will work its coils out after not too long. Overall it's a good line but for my application it is not and not for the price.
  17. I seriously can't help but laugh when I see those fish! You have an awesome spot. Keep it secret!!!!!!!!!!
  18. Went Friday and same story. Water was high and dirty in most area and the fishing sucked as well.
  19. About a year ago they were on sale for .99 or 1.49 cents a pack on TW I believe.
  20. Agree. The curado I seems to be smaller than the last gen E series. At least it palms better for me
  21. Glad to hear these are good. I bought around 70 packs in the 5 inch pbj tiki sticks and have yet to try them.
  22. Does anyone know if there is a deeper spool option for the 15 shimano aldebaran 50? Or if one is in the works? Searching and I have not been able to find one yet.
  23. That's exactly what I was gonna buy Tom. With its thinner diameter being probably closer to its actual rated breaking strength compared to say Pline cxx 25# I am worried I'm gonna pop the line even with 25#.
  24. Has anyone used this line with heavy powered rods for flipping jigs etc. My question is how is the impact strength on this line. I had used supernatural in the past in #20 test and it broke on too many hooksets. Can Armilo handle high impact hooksets?
  25. I agree with above post. I used to only fish owner st-41 on my cranks. Now I will also use gamakatsu short shanks and triple grips xtra strong.
