Nashua you walked thru the sandpit to get there I assume.. Its where theres 3 ponds 2 of which you can fish, and the other you got to walk over to..
I've never caught anything in there yet but you see schoolies everywhere.. That place will be nice in a few years.
You can also shore fish the pond out behind the Post Office in Londonderry too..
Since I don't have a boat, I fished the dam at Beaver Lake in Derry.. It was upsetting to see the Asians there everyday with their white 5 gallon bucket keeping everything they catch..
Ticks me off as it somewhat of a decent place to fish, but theres nothing to catch there now..
I'll need a spot on someones boat as well.. But like I mentioned I really won't know till the Friday before if I can make it.. doing an addition on Lake Winnisquam and I don't know if it'll be done by then.
I never wear sunglasses and I was thinking of grabbing a pair of polarized sunglasses from walmart..
Do any of you guys wear these, how much do they help as I love looking into the water from the boat.. But like I said, I never wear sunglasses..
I fish over there alot from shore but just not where you went as theres always someone there..
Looking at the map continue on Broadway but turn onto Mill Pond rd. and fish the bridge where it says 386.. It was like a spawning hole there last year.. Then you can continue just past that and B&H Oil, and theres another bridge to fish both sides of..
Good shore fishing spots..!!
I agree, I've been up there twice this season with no luck..
I like you can fish almost that whole pond, then you also got the Merrimack as well.. Not to mention like you guys said, also fish the canal..
I have had good luck last year shore fishing Arlington pond.. Caught more from shore than out in the boat..
Its a private access but I can get you out on it some Sunday if you wanted..
You might not catch the biggest but its alot of fun for quantity.. Don't get me wrong there are some nice ones in there, but quantity will be the thing there..
We've wanted to fish Cobbetts but that is also private, right??
