  6. don't cut them in half that just makes them more rigid and wont collapse as easily. If you're going to, cut them completely off. obviously not all of them, i usually cut off a few shy of half of all of them.

  13. i feel you. it's tempting not to think about it too much, as comfortable as it is to have a game plan. but it's cool cause you gotta improvise in bass fishing since you don't really know what you got till you get out there. try and let the conditions dictate your approach. i'd like to think we all have to get skunked sometimes since we don't have the ability to force feed them whats the weather like there? there aren't any fish in the shallows where i fish right now. they're staying deep even in the mornings
  14. i know theyre great, was just curious if we ran him off.

  18. sorry to hear it bud. if it makes you feel any better, my favorite quick-fix-lake with monster bass in it has been closed to the public because people have finally started to buying property on it. 6-7 lb bass are not rare here. but I understand a fish kill is much more serious. care to elaborate as to what your speculation is?

  23. thats how i see it shadmaster. years ago i broke a carrot stick trying to yank my lure off a pad and took it to BPS and got a full refund (which i immediately spent there on another rod) but still. the fact that there were no questions asked is remarkable.
