  1. During the summer months after the spawn. If you were to fish a lake that you have never been on, how would you start your day how would you end it? What would you fish with? Where would you fish? What goes through your mind when trying to figure out a pattern? What would you look for on a map? What if there was no map? Im pretty much just asking for your in depth detailed plan on what you would do? Thanks for reading, and thank you for answering!

  3. Fishing has been great! My four man team won Jr Bassmasters this year on Waconia.
  4. Poll is closer then I thought it would be. :-?
  5. So Ive been wanting to buy a good spinning rod for skipping docks and finesse fishing. Line? I will plan on putting 20 Ib braid/super line on it. I will be using this rod for both skipping docks and my finesse fishing. so is braid a good idea? It will be strong around docks but then again its very visible in the water for finesse fishing. Reel? looking for a nice quality reel in my price range shown. Reel size? Rod? I will probably buy a M/H rod. If you think other wise let me know. What kind of rods do you suggest. Rod height?( thinking 6'2) Price rang around $100-150 bucks not including line just rod and reel set. Thanks for your time guys.
  6. Slap on a bullet wieght or bullshot and you can fish senkos deep aswell, not only t-riged but wacky as well. Just my 2 cents
  7. Hmmm IMO I don't think its very hard to compare them at all. You throw them both in relative areas, and can use pretty much the same retrieves. I also think there are times to use one over the other. But not hard to compare at all.
  8. here sorry its late!
  9. I woulda laughed if senko picked jig and jig man picked senko
  10. I'll start by saying Senkos. Because I love skipping under docks and its easier with a T-riged senko. (For me)
  11. If you could have only one and I truly mean only one, which would it be? Have to pick one over the other, cant pick both for different reasons! Explain why you picked what you did if you'd like.
  12. I see, well that idea about the swimbaits sounds like it can drag the hogs out of there.
  13. I love the BigFoot scrum frog its my goto top water bait becuz of all the endless things you can do with it. If they are hitting the buzzbait then fish your frog like one and burn-it. One very very important thing with these frogs is what it says on the back of the package. Let them take it before you set the hook. 2-3 secs is usually enough and I mean actual seconds not the seconds of a fishermen seeing a blow-up on his bait....you know what i mean
  14. This may be a new tech idk but try drop shotting it but with a 1oz sinker to punch through it with a t-rig plastic of course,If your worried about it falling to fast. It might work idk just an idea.
  15. updated my post. look again
  16. Wacky a Senko type bait with a weedless hook. You can also float a jerkbait ontop of the water and twitch it hard to go under the water then it will pop back on top.
  17. There is a small lake cannel going through shoreline neighborhood houses, at the end of the cannel the water opens up a bit to a small pound. There is a bridge that goes over it but it's at a neck of a cul-de-sac, with signs posted every where no fishing. I know bass are there with the shade and current it's a dream spot especially with the small pound having a lot of vegetation. You just can't get to it all, because of the property surrounding it. The bridge is the only way. Honestly I will fish it before I die :(I'm only 16)........
