According to the report, the thieves were in and out of the hotel parking area in less than 40 minutes. I would bet that there are thefts at any major tournament where ever they are held. I'd also guess they primarily targeted the wrapped boats. Odds are these guys are in a ring that target tournaments, no matter where they are held. They knew what they were after and brought the power tools with them to get it. I do believe the Baby Monitor is one of the best ideas yet. The fishery here is great and such a thing shouldn't be held against the area itself.

You can always launch from Southport(as earlier said) or Whaley's Landing off Kissimmee Park Road in St. Cloud. They were still launching boats at 7:40 as I was driving to work. Launch was at 7.

Did you see the 11 lb'r that Bobby Lane brought in? It's going to interesting today. I'm glad the nasty part of the storm passed by before take off today. I saw the boats still taking off on my way to work 40 minutes later. I'd like to see what the rain does for the fishing today.

ohhhhh Thank you. The radio DJ had it wrong then..LOL.. They even played the sound track of Hurley winning the lotto with the numbers and fainting.

I heard on the radio that the winning numbers were the one's used on the "LOST" episodes. :-? Freaky!

I look the same way when I fish now. ;D My face can get as a red as a Ketchup bottle even with sunblock. But I do have my pony tail hanging from the cap. All it took was one fish photo with me having a red face, (matched the boat color)and that buff was the top of the list to get. I now wear it faithfully!

PETA: Just sadly mis-informed, with an unwavering, fanatic based morals. Some love animals so much they have lost their own identity as a human, and no concept of humanity towards humans. They would rather see a child die than receive life saving medicines, because the medicine was created using animal testing. (However; one of their own Directors has an illness which requires medicine which was derived from animal testing and takes it because her life is more important for the "cause".. can we say hypocrite's?) Plus they are not above using false hoods to accomplish their goal.(end justifies the means). I don't consider it "ethical" at all.

boca basser. I put the scrounger to use on our couples tournament on Lake Conway. I am the Pickerel Queen! LOL. Oh well, they did keep getting bigger in size and I was getting bit, which is better than no bites at all. We ended up 2nd place on a tough fishing day, all the couples (but one), managed to boat two fish. We got lucky and had some bass pop up behind us busting on some bait, then they were gone in a flash. However the scrounger will get a bass and I'll be sure to post a photo of it.

Nice fish! Now I REALLY can't wait to use that Scrounger you gave me. It'll get put to use on Sunday in our couples tournament on Lake Conway.

My Hubby bought a 47" TV for my Christmas gift.

I use the Lobster when I flip and it has worked best for me. The Craw I use as a trailer on a jig. I prefer the Lobster over the Craw.

You are very welcome! I had fun drawing it and I've had some luck using that punch skirt on my flipping creature baits. Just making it look different. I bought that and the dippers. I love using the dippers and that Junebug with Chartruese tail rocks! Thank you again and I'll send a photo of the first fish I catch with the scrounger and the other goodies you sent. Not too much different than Denny Brauer keeping on the trolling motor when Rich Tauber's lure was hung up. He ended up loosing all the line off the reel while he's getting Fish to un-hook the lure. (Then Fish flings it into the water, not knowing Rich had no way to reel it back in.) Strategy for $50,000. versus Team tournament..Made for interesting TV

I am definetly giving the Scrounger try at our next Couples Tournament on Lake Conway. I love using the Skinny Dippers and the Spro Frog..you did some good research or guessed very well!!
