With over 12000 members I'm sure we have our fair share of BS'ers and there is nothing wrong with calling someone out when they get obnoxious once in a while but I SURE wouldn't let the idiots get to me. Please explain your statement about adjusting your reel . Do you have differant gear ratios built into the reel or what ?

Do your self a favor and shop around for a used small outboard , at least a six horse.

Thanks for the help guys, I am all for learning and having fun also. I tought you had to reel fast for the crankbaits to get deep and the texas rig had to be a slow moving bait, do I have this wrong? Yes you have it backwards.

You might want to check out the Avid AVS68MXF rod. It has an extra fast tip and rated for baits in the 3/16-5/8 oz. range. I would advise you to take that two hour trip and check the rods out yourself though.

It sounds to me that you have got your priorities in order. First came love' then came marriage , then came the baby carriage. Believe me fishing can definately take a back seat to this glorious occasion.

The rods just came out , I doubt if too many people have them. A s for the reels , I don't remember anyone saying anything about them but I'm probably wrong about that.I guess I just wasted your time telling you this dumb crap.
