    Widespread availibility? Really? It seems to me that they are a pretty hard rod to get a hold of. I have never seen a Megabass or Evergreen rod in person. You just don't hang with the right crowd.

    I have about 70.00 in each seat after you add the cost of the clamp. I would try and get a padded seat if I were you , a little padding goes a long way.

    They were padded with 3 or 4 " of foam , very comfortable and durable. I still have them and they are as nice now as they were 7 years ago. If I remember right , I believe they cost over fifty dollars each.
