I keep one for an emergency spare. It is only rated for less than 25mph but that would get me back home safely. For what you are looking to use it for I think you would be fine. go for it
This is one of the greatest movies ever!!! I can only pray that the sequal doesnt ruin the storyline. This movie has a cult following. If you have seen it, it is one of your favorites. otherwise, you've never heard of it.
William Dafoe was fantastic in the original...
Welcome to the Stratos Club!!
For the year, that boat looks to be in great shape! your correct, that trolling motor is ugly(I have the same one on my 96 Stratos) and like you, will replace it when it dies. The problem is the d**n thing runs like a top
Congrats again!
Congratulations!!!!!!!
Three things i would do immediately:
1. Hug your parents (that is a fantastic present)
2. Make sure you have the required safety items
3. Take a boating safety course
BTW did you ever rake the leaves :-?
Great present!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a good Post:
I too, am in the restaraunt business
1. sending a newbie for the squegee sharpener
2. Telling a newbie to empty the hot water out of the coffee machine
3. Sending them to another store for a pasta spreader
4. Telling them that when cutting onions in order not to tear up to roll up a tortilla and breath through it like a snorkel (that one is always funny)
Good times
I tend to agree with Stasher, Beautiful guns but mine had issues as well. The springfield XD will be much cheaper and comes with accessories as well as a nice case. I am a Beretta man by choice but the XD has everything you need for much less in the pocketbook
Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!
Please relay to him that there are many of us AMERICANS who truly appreciate the young men and women of our armed forces. They are the protectors of the freedoms most take for granted. I salute you and your marine....
Any member of the armed forces never pays for a meal or beer in my bar, it is the least I can do. I always make it a point to shake hands and thank them as well
Here in Michigan I know that at least two of the marinas on Lake St.Clair supply ethanol free gas. You pay hefty prices cause your at the marina though.
Look at it this way. It could be worse, you could have come back to find the boss sitting at your desk and either :
A. fired you
B. Really known you went fishing because if you had caught more you would have smelled like fish.
There is always an up side
Uh......... Go Big or Go home...... I guess
I know feral hogs are a really big issue, especially in Tx. But, that is a whole helluva lot of pigs. Yummy, delicious bacon. Please tell me that you butchered those bacon buddies and didn't let all that mouth watering pulled pork go to waste.... :-/
The one Guy said "i ain't fraid of nutn in dem waters"
WELL, You stick your perfectly good hand in a monsterous flatheads mouth hoping it will bite you!!! I guess your AREN'T :-? of nutn......
I think that as the economy goes so goes the tip amounts. Clearly, the ecomony is terrible now, but, like everything else. How do you lower what has become the norm?
We don't pay professional athletes less now because of the down economy, which is a joke.
I just watched the Oki Noodling II documentary on tv. As an avid fisherman I was intrigued, however, WHAT ARE THEY THINKING???? was the look on my face for the entire show..... :-?
There is NO way in I am going to stick my hand in the mouth of a 60lb flathead and let him bite me!!!!!!!!!! The worst part was, my 10 year old is convinced that this is now his lifes calling and wants to know if I will find someone to take him noodling next summer. I don't understand????????
There were some pretty scary looking individuals who looked WAY to happy to be "noodling" I think there were like 4 toofs (not teeth) in the whole show
