  1. 22 Man I feel stupid. Scary to think what a high school student would score
  2. X2 on that one
  3. HAHAHA you beat me to it....
  4. Sometimes, I don't even take off my pants......
  5. These older evinrude/Johnson trolling motors are still in service and are tough as nails. I have one on my 96 Stratos and I have been waiting for it to die to upgrade. It won't..... You can get many if not all of the parts for them on the internet. Very reasonable.
  6. go for it.................
  7. I also live in Michigan but I rarely find myself in water less than 10-15 feet fishing for bass, both LM and SM. I would go for better electronics and network them.
  8. I believe they only take AA batteries. Tell her to calm down. Thats what you are for
  9. yes, you could use dark brown sugar as well. It would just give it a different hue. I should add that I have used this recipe on chicken Pheasant Pork duck all were delicious. It is very simple to do as well Serve with Garlic Mashers or grilled asparagus or both
  10. How about some swine: Sweet Chops pork loin cut about 3/4-1in thick (can use bone in chops as well) 1cup Franks Red Hot 1cup light brown sugar (keep ratio 1:1 but make more if using a larger batch) In a saucepan bring Franks/sugar mixture to a simmer until it turns from a bright red to a dark color. Constantly stirring so you don't burn the sugar Remove from heat and cool mixture When cool marinate porkchops in mixture just covering the tops in a glass dish about an hour or two. Save remaining mix for later as dipping mix. Make sure mixture is cool or it will beginto cook the meat. Grill chops until done or reaching and internal temp of 160. This is one of my favorite chop recipes. It is spicy and sweet. The sugar will create a nice char on the grille as well. Spoon extra warm mixture over meat if desired. We used this in one of my restaurants and it was a huge hit.
  11. Do they taste like chicken????
  12. Don't want to steal the thread but any active service man or woman will always get a free beer and a burger in my bar..... I have the utmost respect for you ALL... J you are right, that is a great organization and I have donated my boat to a few events and will continue to do so....
  13. Thank You Gentlemen...........................
  14. Do a search on it from the menu. There have been numerous discussions on inflatables. One in particular ( which I cannot remember) had pictures someone took of an inflatable toon that he kept in his apartment. It was sweeeeet. He wheeled it out of the complex on a luggage cart.
  15. I had a buddy who's parents house was haunted. It too, was a friendly ghost. I remember crashing there and hearing his mom scream in the middle of the night. When we all went downstairs into the kitchen all of the cabinet doors were open except one. In the closed cabinet was an old glass bottle that they kept. It was found in the kitchen floor when they moved in 30 years earlier. They kept it cause it was odd looking but a cobalt blue color. Stuff like that happened all the time there
  16. Save your money and read BR. There is more information here than any magazine. If you are set on those two here is my advice: I have been getting both for over ten years and neither are consistently fishing specific. They cover everything outdoors anymore. Hell, Outdoor Life just had an article about Zombie guns for gamers (no lie). FS is a better read IMO but I get all my fishing needs right here at BR.
  17. This may be an odd question for some but how long can you leave your motor running on muffs? I can't imagine leaving the motor running for an extended period of time would be good for it but then again it is getting water so overheating shouldn't be an issue is it?
  18. You know I thought the flying lure was junk as well, but, come to think of it, the flying lure exibits almost exactly the same characteristics as my favorite smallie bait, THE FAT IKA.. hmmmmmmmm Maybe it was more of a confidence thing, and the fact that you could bend the hooks with your hand. RW whats your take on this thought?????
  19. I believe "lamb" in Korean means C.A.T
  20. After losing the keys last year at the ramp (in the lake) I took Jack's advice. My keys will never leave the ignition. I also zip tied a set under the console and in the truck just in case. I will never be stuck at the ramp before a tourney because of a lost set of keys again........
  21. I can't take any more talk about the roadtrip. I feel like the little kid who has to stay home from vacation cause he has the chicken pox while the entire family goes to Disney. Oh well, maybe next year. I can't wait for the pics and stories
  22. All you need now is a lava lamp, some silk pillows and some incense... Instant shag shack
  23. Actually, I agree with Jack. If the person is a standup person you should have no issues. Unfortunately, in my experience most people are not. I hope all works out for ya. Good luck.
  24. I am no expert on paypal but the word F.U.B.A.R comes to mind
  25. I'd go to that show! Kinda like waiting for a wreck at Daytona. Although that whale probably isn't very hungry anymore........
