to be honest with you man alot of live bait, they love little chiclids and tilapia. Also small jigs and rapala xrap count downs in the smallest size which are killer!! senkos huh?? thats pretty crazy, dont think ive ever caught a pea on a worm.
From snook to peacocks the fishing has been on fire in our urban canal systems from Boca to broward. Also the peacocks have made an outstanding comback since 2010. we have no problem going out an getting 15-20 peas in boca again, and to end it off with my biggest largemouth bass.

i use the brand "offshore angler" from basspro in quarter oz, very strong hook, an i can cast it a mile on my little 1000. I use bright green, yellow, white, pink, red.
Anyone care to share if they are finding them in boca ? Like military trail or around that area. I can find em no problem down south or in the delray area but i would like to know if they have come back in boca .
What's up guys. Me and a buddy of mine are gonna take a drive tmmrw in search of peacocks in the dade/broward area. We will be fishing from land. Any spots you guys wanna give up would be sick!!! Peacocks used to be all around my area which is boca raton and now seem to be gone, havent caught one or even seen one in years. Im dyeing to catch one. Some rocks , sawgrass , etc its super clear.. I cant find myself getting through all the small bass im here
