First bass of the year.Caught these off my back wall. from top to bottom 2.5lb smalli, 4.1lb smalli, 2.8lb largemouth. OH YEAH THE 4.1 SMALLI IS A PERSONAL BEST FOR ME...
  8. One of my fathers best friends is a optometrist. He says that Oakley sunglass lenses are by far the best on the market and that the technology that goes into every pair of lenses makes them worth the price. He told me that when they do tests on lenses Oakley always has superior quality compared to other name brand glasses. Needless to say i have a pair of polarized straight's and i love them. Well worth the money. I also trust the opinion of a optometrist over any salesman.
  9. Awesome!!! i love the flipping switch. it comes in handy. wish i had it on all my reels. i will be using it exclusively for plastics this year. I got 30lb power pro on it and i can cast a 5" weightless senko prety far.
  10. Are you a guide on lake erie?
  11. You do.... from top to bottom sustain 2500 on cumara 6'8 med/fast core 7.1 flip on cumara 6'8 MH/extra fast curado e5 on crucial crankbait 7'0 MH/ mod/fast curado e7 on crucial 6'10 MH/extra fast Shimano baby all the way...
  12. Try 20lb powerpro!!! That'll get it out there
  13. I just picked up a crucial crankbait rod in 7' MH med/fast tip matched with a curado e5. Dosnntt have very much usage yet but from what ive done i love it. i prefer the versatility of a MH over a M. I strongly suggest it. As for the ones you suggested i got nothing. hope this helps...
  14. Thanks alot... All my rods and reels are shimano, i love them. I am very happy with my purchases.
  15. Went out today and had a blast... didn'nt catch any bass but i got a couple pike. More importantly i explored my lake and did alot of recon which will serve me well this summer.
  16. Finally got my crankbait rod in. Put it together with my E5 and its smokin. I respooled my 4 rods and reels and am gonna have a great weekend. Can't wait!!!! Thanks for everyones advice on everything.
  17. I have and use the bronzeye frog with good success. I was wondering if anyone has tried the new " popper " version?
  18. Swapped it out today for a e5. Hopefully i will like it!
  19. Recently picked up 2 curado e7's. 1 of which is for my crankbait rod. I am thinking that maybe since it will only be used for crankbaits and jerkbaits maybe i should bring it back and switch it for a e5. What do you think?
  20. shimano sustain 2500----- 1st spool 20lb powerpro 2nd spool 8lb yozuri hybrid
  21. Black jointed jitterbug is my go to night lure!!! I also throw the weedless one over grassbeds. Jitterbugs are awesome.
  22. Cant wait to see em. Baught some buzz baits and some shakey head off you last year. Good stuff. Congrats on the success of your newest project. If they are as good as the rest of your products should be awesome.
  23. I voted sustain because i own one and i love it. Its awesome. But.... both my brother and my father own stradics and theyre just as good. We cant tell the difference. I was gonna buy a stradic but i got a deal and ended up paying less than a stradic for my sustain. If i was paying full retail i would buy a stradic for sure. Nevertheless.... whatever one you buy you will be seriously impressed. I fish them both and they are the bees knees!!!
  24. Get yourself a fat nightcrawler on a small hook and let the worm wiggle around right in front of his mouth. That bass will see it and inhale it. With all the baits on the market real worms are often overlooked. The natural wiggle and jiggle of that worm will be irrisistable!!!
