  5. i though the weight on a c-rig was pegged a couple of feet up the line and that it was basically 1-main line to swivel 2-swivel to line to hook 3-in between swivel and hook was a pegged weight with beeds clackin the weight am i wrong?????
  6. Anybody used these before..... seems like you kill 2 birds with one stone... a swivel and a weight http://www.***.com/descpage-TBSS.html If you dont suggest these could you suggest another one please.... Thank you
  7. I use alot of tubes and generally the only difference i have found is durability and scent. *** are very duranble but they are stiff. I really like the strike king coffee tubes. Bps sell a 109 piece kit. Ive bever tried the zoom tubes but for the monet they are super cheap. Ive never tried zoom plastics out before but at that price how can you go wrong!!!
  8. Gift card to tackle warehoouse...... they are 10% off right now
  9. good question....... i use alot of tubes and even the mass produced ones like the coffee tubes are always different... i think it works in our favor though... its like your starting with a used bait... beaten up plastics seem to produce better that new ones
  10. A subwalk has a completely different action than a xrap. A subwalk vs a xrap 10: -subwalk glides 12 inches under water, a xrap jerks between 2-5 ft -once you get used to a subwalk you can "glide" it anywhere. ( under docks, onto beds ) -a subwalk cast a mile, xrap's not as far Dont get me wrong i like the xraps alot but i will use my subwalk over a xrap any day of the week. They produce easily 3-1 for me. I have subwalks in 6 colors and xraps in 9. I love them both but subwalks just workd better for me
  11. Awesome bait!!!!!! I use the alot... caught my personal best small mouth on a silver one!!! the same day i caught a couple more before it got smoked by a pike
  12. what about lake st-francois??? That lake has been producing huge bags lately... I believe the largest tournament bag ever in a tournament 30 lb.
  13. heres how i roll.... these are last years pics... lots of new stuff... i have atleast 2x more stuff... the baitmonkey has got ahold on me and i cant get rid of him....
  14. It all depends when you need that fish... in a tourney i'd throw a 100$ bill with a 4/0 gammy if it would catch a pig!!!!!!!
  15. Dropshot or weightless slow fall a 3" berkley hollow belly minnow... I used this in the canadian bass open last year ( berkley B1 ) and it put 2 fish in the boat that werent taking anything. they take forever to fall weightless but once they get down there get ready!!!!! http://www.***.com/descpageSFSBERKLEY-BPHST.html
  16. On this forum there are alot of products that keep coming up as a "must have". When people are naming them and they keep coming up i generally order them from TW. So far everything that i have bought has lived up to the hype. Senko's , Fat Ikas, Lucky craft lures, Rage tail baits and sufix mono to name a few are all great products. Another that i found on this site was Yo-Zuri Hybrid. Everybody raves about Yo zuri and after trying it i really liked it. It is a very good line. I never broke off with it. I use the 12lb clear on my curado E5 and my E7. and compared to other lines it is cheap just buy it in bulk spools. Talk with RW hes the " yo-zuri hybrid ambassador " on this site.
  17. I've used seaguar Invisx and I liked it so i went to their site to check it out and came across their new line... Seaguar Tatsu....Anyone tried this new line?
  18. 1-Black with blue flake 2-Green pumpkin black flake 3-Smoke silver flake 4-fading watermelon black flake All of these will produce.....
  19. Small presentation= spot remover + Strike king finesse worms cut to size or 3 in grubs Large presentation= shake E2 heads + Strike king finesse worms These both work great. The strike king worms are unbelievably tough. They are a pain the !@#$ to get on but a bit of glue gets it done
  20. I use a similar one called a " Mepps Timber Doodle " . Great lure. I use it with a trailer. Either a double tail grub or a gulp alive nighcrawler and it kicks total @#$%^&*. Never caght a bass on it but walleye love this lure.
  21. Oakley........ enough said....
  22. I used Gamakatsu all summer and never had a problem so I will definitely stick to them. I also tried Owners and liked them alot too.
  23. that thing looks awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
