  2. J.franco those picks are awesome!!! You and Dwight Hottie always post awesome pics!
  3. X3..... the dt series are awesome. I probably have 20.
  4. I dont know why but my brother used treated lumber as flooring on his aluminum wharves and we had to remove it all halfway through the summer. I think that the chemical runoff from the wood started staining and eating the aluminum. Now half his sections look like old crapy aluminum wharves when in reality they are only 2 years old.
  5. Awesome... Cant wait to see how it will turn out!
  6. I hate spending money on anything!!! My sneakers are run down, i dont wear expensive clothes but... When it comes to fishing... I own a 2008 ranger with more tackle and gear than i can fit in my boat. I wont spend 100$ on a new pair of shoes but i have no problem buying cumara rods, core reels, lucky craft lures and anything else i wamt for fishing. Welcome to the club!!!
  7. This frog is something a little different.... I'll probably try it.... Anyone used it???
  8. I use 30lb power pro and i have never been broken off. A 5lber is a monster for us here. If i were near 10lbers I would definetly be more in the 65lb range.
  9. I am getting a new sonar/gps this year and am trying to figure out which one to pickup. I was at a show today and both boths were selling me on their products. I would like some info from real users. Any info would help.
  10. 12lb Siege..... Notice the 3000 yard spool on the table...
  11. I have the 100 with the flipping switch and I love it. I use it for pitching with 30lb power pro with a fluo leader. Had the 50 in y hands today. I will be buying 2 with cumara reaction rods for crankbaits and spinnerbaits. If you are flipping and pitching i would suggest a 100 flipping. Amazing reel
  12. I was at my moms lake last year and i saw a very nice looking 4lber and i wanted to catch her!!!! I threw everything that i could at her and nothing. I mean everything. Thousands of dollars worth of tackle. I changed my line from braid to braid with a fluo leader and then to straight fluo. I was realy going crazy. My family found it crazy because i literally sat down there at the water for the whole day. I went to sleep and woke up the next day fresh and ready to get her. I went down to the water rigged up with my core/cumara with 6lb fluo ( thats right 6lb on a baitcaster ) and a 2/0 widegap gamagatsu hook with the biggest juiceist nightcrawler i could find. As i aproched the wharf and water I made as little noise as possible. As soon as i tossed the worm near the area it took off and i NAILED her. A really beautiful 3.5 lb'er. So if i was you either go live bait or try something real natural.

  19. Anyone tried these before? I saw them on a show and they apeared to have really good action. http://cgi.ebay.com/Sliding-Weight-Crawfish-Lure-Neon-Black-Red-Chartreuse_W0QQitemZ170178847816QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item279f732448
  20. I sent a emil to the host of the show and he answered me. Told me that he couldnnt say the name on the show because it wasnnt from his sponsors. You were right OWL. It is in fact the sliding weight crawfish found on ebay.
  21. i dont know if thats it....
  22. I saw a fishing show (canadian sportfishing) today and the host was using a plastic crawfish that looked really good. It was plastic and had a built in weigh in the tail that you passed the line through which then you tied to the hook which was texas rigged. When you pulled on the line the crawfish would fold in the water like a retreating crawfish. It was amazing and looked so realistic in the water. If you know what lure this is please tell me. Thanks
  23. I only buy tackle from ***.COM. They are awesome!!!!! Their prices are better than everyone else online, their shipping is fast, their selection is the best and with the dollar not far from par their prices compared to canada's retails are crazy.
