  1. I'll start a new thread and stay good on my promise and get this going. I know it ended w/ me but I'll make it right. I still have the crank bait in it's package still in the box from tackle warehouse.
  2. I know this post died almost a couple of years ago but is anyone still wanting in on this? Finally back to FL and getting in on some good fresh and salt water fishing. Have a trip to Hurricane Lake next week and going to put the Lure into action....
  3. OK...OK...OK...here is what happened...when Nick went to mail it off I had already left Watertown, NY and was heading to San Antonio, TX...when we finally got around to the new address and everything I was on my way to Ft Leonard Wood for school and wasn't returning back untill the end of November. When the lure arrived at the house I had already left for Fort Leonard Wood and I knew I wouldn't have time to do any fishing since our schoold days where not stop w/ work on the weekends. Now since I've been home I don't have time to fish right now since my wife is having some complications w/ the pregnancy. So "knap" if you want the lure I'll mail it to you ASAP...just PM me w/ u're address...sorry bout this but timing was way off on the exchange w/ this one.
  4. Yeah...I left TX around the end of September...I was going to bring it w/ me but one of the "little" things I forgot to pack....sorry bout that every1
  5. hey Great News everyone ...received the Lure today...Thanks Nick...I'm going to be out of town for a bit so first to PM me will get it next...
  6. We were both using steel leaders...his probably needed to be changed though.
  7. Well, on my way to Fort Sam Houston,TX from Fort Drum, NY I stopped in Pensacola, FL to visit my parents. Went fishing with my uncle today and went to the pass just out from NAS and got hooked into a couple of King Mackrel. My uncled got spooled and had his leader snapped off, man that was terrible. I lost two but we ended up landing these right here.
  8. Man...I sent him a PM w/ my address and said lure was on the way...3 months later...No Lure
  9. Never received it and I've moved from Fort Drum, NY...Now in Pensacola, FL
  10. I found this quote in an article "Lake Biwa is Japan's largest lake and covers more than 259 square miles. It also is 4 million to 5 million years old, one of the 20 oldest lakes in the world. Its crystal-clear water is more than 300 feet deep and is home to Biwako giant catfish, ayu, Biwa trout (salmon) and more than 50 species unique to the fishery." and here's the video link for you Chris....not in english tho Now there's a lot of US Military stationed in Japan, so I wonder how many now that there is some "good" Bass Fishing there? :-/ :-? P.S. for some reason the link keeps messing up when I post it but it's on *** web site.
  11. I need to give 'em a try...the Wal-Mart up here has them on clearance also but I keep passing them up...where's the Bait Monkey when I need him...
  12. To me it more depends on where I'm at...in Louisiana it was a wacky rigged chart. watermelon seed worm (type or size didn't matter)...up here in NY (for me in the rivers) it's either brown/pumpkin seed curly tail grub or any shallow running jerk bait...
  13. x2...looks like it forgot the sunblock also, that is a nice trout tho....the Wal-Mart up here has a "OK" selection of plastics and a variety of Strike King, and Storm Lures...
  14. Sounds like it creates a new feeding spot for predatory fish...good luck with it
