  2. Go to College first, I am majoring in Marine Biology and although its tough it's worth it. You will have plenty of fish related job options (not great money) but you will also know more about fishing.
  3. Ike Martens Ron Shuffield (I am good friends with his youngest son)
  4. I am from Bismarck, Arkansas and there isnt much better than trout fishing the Norfork River. I visit that place once a year because my great grandmother lives there.
  5. Well every Friday and Tuesday night i fish against a pro, but me and him both fish this lake alot (of course hes pro and alot older than me. hes got over 200 brush piles on this lake and Friday he whooped down on everyone him and his son had about 20 lbs with 5 fish

  7. I rarely use scents on my baits but i bought some spray scent that smells like fish with anise oil in it. Do you think it would help or hurt if i put it on my soft plastics.
  8. Well thanks that answered my question i just needed some second opinions. Would a rattlin black and blue jig with a blue pork trailer be good for those brush piles?
  9. I have the game for Xbox and I cannot stand the fact that every fish is big and you have no trolling motor I havent caught a bass under 4 lbs and the guy fishing with you is so annoying.
  10. What color crankbaits do you use at night fivebass?
  11. thats what i figured but on these sunken islands/humps that this lake has the moss is so thick u cant hardly fish it it will usually be 1 - 6" from the surface and its a pain to fish.
  12. yeah thats what i figured...the surface temp at night is usually 83-86 degrees
  13. Bass Fishing - 8 fished 200 days a year + since i was 5 yrs old so i better be good lol i catch fish almost every trip but i might be lower if i fished different lakes but ive got my lake down pat
  14. I've always been told that the bass are 10 feet and below at night. But my friend says u can tear them up on brushpiles about 20 feet deep at night, is this true or do those fish move shallow also? Also it is really hard to fish shallow on this lake because the moss is so thick the wall comes up to the surface and its about 10-30 foot wide off the banks. but u can fish it still
  15. wherever you go you should consider fishing at night since its 4th of july weekend.
  16. never seen a bass eat a turtle but you probably had him on his guard if you were watching him in real clear water but idk
