  1. The best cranks for the money, in my opinion.
  2. That's what I read in another post. Sound like y'all are having some fun out there!
  3. Where do you think the spawn is right now for us in TN?
  4. I've always preferred a soft-sided bag. They are a lot less cumbersome and allow you to have different variations of what you want to carry.
  5. Because of the higher temps this month is it here already? At what water temps does it typically begin? Really I might just be looking for a spawn breakdown.
  6. -U-Tail -Beaver -Lizard -Finesse Worm
  7. Water temp and location have the most to do with it, if we knew where you were located, that would help tremendously.
  8. For creek style fishing like it seems like you are talking about, I prefer the smaller craws (Baby Rage Craw). Also, I know this is a little off topic, but don't overlook 4" Zoom Lizards for creeks and smaller rivers.
  9. This. I used to ride a little, but I haven't watched any in a while. Ricky Carmichael was who I always pulled for.
  10. I also use one of the Falcon boxes. But I have trouble keeping specialty hooks/jigheads/weights organized in there other than the compartments that are already labeled.
  11. One of the things that I love about the Rage Tails is that they are so versatile. I wouldn't mind taking a few out one day and trying them each of the different recommended ways that are on the instructions that are sent with them.
  12. I'm partial to Spros.

    Jigs

You say anytime, but when are specific times or situations that you see that you say to yourself "I need to throw a jig"?

    Jigs

I have trouble determining when to throw them and which types to throw.
  15. Big-O, are you bouncing this rig off the bottom or how are you fishing it?
  16. Since I started this thread, I might as well contribute. Just a few things I've picked up over the last week or two. I've just been trying to round out my arsenal with a few things. The bait monkey always gets me around this time of year.

    Jigs

A thread that will stay in my bookmarks for a while.
  18. I looks like it might be a little bit for me. Just got a lot colder than I prefer here.
  19. Sounds like you should be good then.
  20. 1. 7" Powerworm 2. Strike King Rodent 3. Rage Tail Space Monkey
  21. I have that exact model. You won't be able to stand up. It's tough to get rods in the hull because of the styrofoam. Their are a few little things that I haven't been too thrilled about, but it hasn't been a terrible first 'yak. I'm hoping to upgrade this spring sometime.
  22. I prefer a Texas Rig. It's just what has always seemed most productive for me. I probably need to branch out more.
  23. I haven't tried that color, but the Rodent produced for me at the end of this year. I hate to hijack your thread, but when did the smaller Rodents come out? I thought they were new for this coming year, but after looking at the few that I have I noticed that I have the smaller size.
  24. Texas rigged, wacky, weightless, dropshot, Carolina rig, etc. There are a ton of different options. It's a pretty versatile bait.
