  2. Easy and inexpensive: Go to your local supermarket and pick up a couple bottles of Sno-Bol. Apply with a soft brush - let stand for a couple of minutes and rinse. It will clean it up like it is new.
  3. It was a conspiracy I tell you: The postal employee reply when asked to lie: Yep, it's only during the depression and if I get caught I'm out of a job, but I am sure my family will agree with my decision.. The notaries reply: Yep, I'll do it. What's a little jail time if I get caught. Field and Steams reply: well isn't this the most rediculous claim ever, but what the heck the readers are stupid, as are we, and it's only going to cause us a cheap rod and reel. G. Perry's comments: well I know it's going to make me the laughing stock of the world on bass resource in 2009 but I can get this neato rod and reel. I am sure my family will think it's all worth it. LMAO: knowing that FL strain bass do make it all the way to Georg1a and F1's can grow just as big as the Fl strain.
  4. The three mentioned are made by Johnson Controls and are the same battery. The least expensive are probably Wal-Mart.
  5. Question it if you will but be assured of this: It is the world record according to the keepers of the grail: it will remain the record until someone catches a bigger fish. No amount of discussion is going to change what is now recorded.
  6. It's so easy to call a dead man a liar and cheat.
  7. The spawn is far from over. Not all bass in a given lake spawn at the same time. Period of spawn in Florida according to the Fish and Game is December through May, with the occasional fish spawning throughout the year.

  9. That plug, I do believe is an accessory plug for something such as a speed sensor or additional temp sensor. Contact Lowrance to be certain: they are very helpful.

  14. Amen to that - Stopped the boat: client cast a chugbug and reeled in a 12.5 for first cast and first fish of the morn. Called for last cast and customer reeled in a little lady that went into the double digit weight. Miday, morning, or late in the day is up for grabs: you just never know.
  15. You might want to rethink this: This was a result of a cast to shad busting bass: And another - same day: 5 minutes earlier than the one above. This was another golden opportunity fish: I forgot to mention: all caught jerking a Senko through the melee.
  16. Most of the IGFA's world line-class records come from the Deep South, notably Tennessee, Alabama, South Carolina and Kentucky.
  17. Sam, Just curious: what top guide is doing trips in Virginia for $250?

  19. Those marks are a result of spawn activity. The female takes quite a beating at this time. I have been doing this bass thing for 50 years and have never seen this type of occurence before except in saltwater.

  21. His boat hit a stump which spooked the fish. It jumped into the air and landed in the boat.
  22. Fred Parker of Georgia watched in amazement as this 7+ pound lady launched into the air and landed in his boat. Isn't it what we all dream of: lunkers just jumping in the boat!
  23. Stick Marsh/Farm 13: Fred Parker of Georgia was in disbelief when this 7+ pound gal just jumped into his boat on it's own! I know that this lake is the best out there, but can you imagine how good it must be to have this happen!
