  2. Good work, and Congratz on the fine grade.
  3. Also, you can use milk creates...anything that doesn't pollute, and creates structure.
  4. My Son has a All Star...I've caught fish with it..that'll be my next rod.
  5. O.K..this is one of those I feel like a dumby times.. :-[ I coulda sworn I saw it there, but your correct, they only have the hybrid. OTH, there's a great tackle store in my area that does orders online, that's where I get lots of my stuff, anyways, here's a link for YoZuri ultra soft.. http://www.thelongfin.com/yo-zuri-hybrid-ultra-soft-600-yd-spool.html
  6. I dunno..my best senco is green pumpkin with black flakes, after catching fish on those, I then tried a green pumkin with red flakes, and got nada, put the one with black flake on and bam..hook up, fish sure are gettin picky these days...lol
  7. I just tie to the o ring..never have used a speed clip.. :-/
  8. I finally got some fish on my 2 pc 7'6" clarus spinnin rig today, even though the biggest fish was about 1 1/2-2 lbs..and were caught on a t rig worm..I could tell the sensitivity wasn't as good as in my 1 pc. rods, and it's more parabolic...stil is fun landin them though.
  9. I'm surprised you only spent 52.00 bucks..I know I can't get oughta there w/o spending more..lol
  10. #297..green pumpkin with black flakes.. It's a killer rigged weightless wacky.. ;D
  11. I saw a floater on Bob Izumi's fish show, they were in Mexico, the bass in question was about 6lbs if I recall, anyways there was a fair sized tilapia stuck in his throat, the bait fish was surprisingly still alive, the poor bass wasn't so lucky.
  12. With all the threads about braid, and leaders ect..I wonder if anyone else that fishes yozuri ultra soft hybrid uses a leader, i.e. fluro ect..I really don't see a need for it, but I've been wrong a bunch before..lol This would be for bass in stained, to semi clear water, some vegatation, small wood, and some rock.
  13. Got to the lake, tied on my brand new 8" castic swimbait, got ready to cast out only to find that instead of cutting the tag, I cut the line..if that wasn't bad enough, on my 3rd cast that lure got hung up on some timber, never to be seen again.. :-[
  14. Are you wearing polarized sunglasses..? they do help a bunch. I can't see my clear line, but the green mist is fairly easy to see above the water...even with these Old eyes..lol
  15. LOL..that's funny right there... ;D
  16. I'd say dropshot a wacky senco...I'm sure there are other tactics that work well..
  17. Cut the line then the knot...it's just that easy..
  18. While I'm not Mitch....I'll take the liberty of answering and say a definit YES!
  19. Is this on the internet by any chance..i.e. youtube.?
  20. I use zoom, senco and roboworm plastics. Roboworm has a decent selection of colors..in their worms..I just wish they'd last a tad longer..BTW, I fish soft plastics alot, like 90% of the time.
  21. The more spendy glasses wil do the following, keep out more harmful uv, have way less distortion, lens material will be better, i.e. more scratch resistant. Best to try on several brands to see which one you prefer.
  22. I wear RX glasses, 1 pair for reading and another pair for distance..right now I can't afford 300.00 for polarized lense, so went to wally world, and bought some strike king glasses with the gray lenses, I woulda preffered amber...anyways, for $11.00 I can't go wrong, they fit well. Only problem is, I have to switch glasses to unhook a fish, or to tie on a new lure ect..lol
  23. Another take on it...we fish 5" pumpkin Senco's in weed lines and in the toolies, what's wierd is that's the one color they seem to prefer...I wish I knew why.
  24. Just started using the Roboworm "pitchin craw" definitly a bait I throw every outing. Another new bait for me is the BBZ shad I..had a couple of follows, but no takers yet.
