I'm looking to get a spinning combo, but don't want to spend a lot of money on it, so isaac considering to get a pflueger trion combo or a Gander mtn combo, both sale for about 70.00. Anyone has any experience with any of these combos? Thanks.
It's been awhile since I haven't been on the forums...it's good to ready about all things fishing again.....
Anyone remember the ginrinpeche story......that was a long time ago.....
Thanks for the info, I think really think that it should depend on how your day went and like justfishin said we need to recognize that fish sometimes do not cooperate, but I guess that you could if the guide is really trying hard to get you to the fish.
Well, I have used glup. Here are the results I've had: When bass fishing, I have been sunk! All the time. When I have used it for blue gill I have had some success, as of right know this bait is in a dark part of my tackle box.
I picked up a pinnacle extant brand new from Wal-Mart for $25 and for $25 it was an average buy. I would not spend more money on that brand of reel. You can look at ebay and find some good deals. I just picked an accurist PT (the newer model) for $65 in really good shape.
I have not fished the citica, but I did have a Daiwa ST and loved it. It has a higher count of bearings and it cast well. I have a curado and having the opportunity to use the centrifugal brake system, I hands down prefer the daiwa magnetic brakes.
If this is true, what will we I say to the monkey while at Wal-Mart: "Mr. Monkey there is no more fishing section in Wal-Mart" the monkey will not be a happy camper. :-/
I feel that I need to follow up on this one. I got a used accurist from ebay, but it did not have box or instructions. I gave quantum a phone call and told that I had bought this reel used and if they could send me an instruction booklet and they sure did. I know that it is not something big, but in all reality they did not have do it. So thanks Quantum. 8-)
Airrus Co-Matrix 7' H great rod for the $94.95 that you pay. I believe that they have also a dedicated co-matrix for flipping, but it is extra-heavy and it is around $120
