I would suppose one would use the most natural looking lures in clear water but, just how clear is the water most of us fish? I fish fairly stained and or muddy rivers so I want to attract a basses attention with something that pops,or vibrates, or bubbles, no matter how unnatural it looks.

I know of two people that were able to give up smokin by sucking on menthol cough drops all day.If they smoked regulars, it wouldnt of worked.

In my opinoin I think the floaters are better because with the head down and the body forced up, youre imitating something feeding off the bottom.And no one mentioned the best hooks, Spot remover.

I use plano for my small spinner baits.Too many bigger baits eventually bend the dividers. For my 3/8 and1/2 oz. spinnerbaits I use a falcon folding wallet.

I use zooms U-tail worm or culprit worms and I texas rig and swim them to me,and sometimes I let them fall,swim,let them fall,swim. I use only enough weight to permit me to cast it out.Dont over do it on the bullet weight.

Yep, Fat Ika does that too (if rigged backward) sort of! Speaking of Helicopter lure, remember R. Martin does with the Rocket reel too, ridiculous. Not to mention he is sponsored by MegaStrike, he is the reason I hesitate to try it. His reputation speaks itself. Wasnt that rocket reel that piece of junk that shot the lure out into the water?

Bears show is quite entertaining but I always get to a point in the show where I A lost snowmobiler once made it 5 days with no supplies, back to civilization and he credited les stroud and his show for the knowledge. My uncle is a aeronautical engineer at a defense contractor and I think hes got the best job in the world. If I had to do it over again I would do that.

People are crazy and sometimes you have to be careful who you are foolin with. Their are fishing jetties on a lake I frequent Im in a boat,I have the whole lake I try to stay away from the bank fishermen, its all they have. One day two guys in a boat went straight for a area where 2 kids were fishing. The kid said"sir, we were here first." Th e boaters said really bad things to those kids. the day went on, we went to the boat ramp and there was a big burly fellow at the boat ramp at the dock in a lawn chair.I loaded up the boat and those other guys rode up. The big guy didnt say a word. He stepped aboard and picked one of them up and threw him in the water, followed by the other guy. He then took the keys of the boats ignition and threw them way out into the lake. He folded up his chair and yelled come kids lets go!

Green on all my reels and cant say why. Red on my kids reels because,,,well hes just a kid!

I am obviously a user of the shimano Calcutta and can say that if you have one and keep it maintained,it will last a lifetime.
