  1. That is a very nice and creative slogan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 8-)
  2. I'm not sure what the bass were doing; but you did say that you saw a nice big one and that you threw everything in the boat at it and it would still not bite. My guess is that once you saw the big bass you got really excited and you probably sped up your retrieve, in return it was to fast for them and they would not bite it. If I were you I would just act like a fish wasn't there and fish it slow as fishing 30 ft. of water in the dead of Winter. Of course some guys won't agree with this but this is what I would do. 8-)
  3. Ok lately I have been noticing that a lot of you guys on here have been talking about using brush hogs as jig trailers. First of all what size do you like to use as the jig trailer? Also do you cut of any of body to make it shorter? Lastly, any more tips on using them would be great!!!! I have tried using brush hogs before as a jig but haven't had any luck I'm looking for you guys to motivate me to give them another chance!!!!!! 8-)
  4. Yes those look very nice. So what is the difference between banded and wire tie? Which one do you guys perfer? 8-)
  5. Like Road Warrior said I think you need to stick to spinning gear for skipping because it will give you more time to fish instead of getting rid of backlashes. 8-)
  6. In your opinion has the best rod for the best price?????? Keep in my mind that I am NOT talking about the big fishing rod companies. Thanks everybody in advance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 8-)
  7. The higher the IM the more sensitive the rod is going to be. As for the 54 and 70 million modulus blanks I don't know to much about them so I can't help you there. 8-)
  8. In my opinion you shouldn't waste that gas money just to go looking because Bass Pro Shops does also have a website. Now on the other hand if you have some money and you know what you want it might be worth the trip. Other than that I would just stay home and look at their website or go to those tackle shops you mentioned because Bass Pro Shops isn't that great in my opinion. 8-)
  9. I haven't seen that one before!!!!! 8-)
  10. You got me on this one. I have no idea what you would use a 7' Heavy action spinning rod for. If it was a casting rod I would say use it for pitching. 8-)
  11. Man those rods look straight awesome I wish I had $130.00 I would order one now without thinking twice!!!!!!!!!!!!! 8-)
  12. Man I wish fishing was that good in North Carolina's ponds. 8-)
  13. Ok I just got this idea a few minutes ago and I was wondering what your your favorite fishing situation would be? For me I would have to say fishing docks. 8-)
  14. Yes, those are very good pictures I was I could just attend a B.A.S.S event I don't even care if it is a classic or not. 8-)
  15. I was wondering if anybody on here has tried the Jackall Flick Shake worms? How do they compare to the Senko? 8-)
  16. Excellent fish!! What did you catch her on? 8-)
  17. In your opinion, what is the best creature bait on the market today? 8-)
  18. I caught my PB on a Zoom Trick worm (Redbug). I pitching the dock's pillings when she got on my hook. She probably went about 4.5, I know it is not a huge fish but it is my PB. 8-)
  19. My cousin is in a club called the Fuquay-Varina bass club, but it isn't anywhere near Charlotte. You can find a link to it on this website. 8-)

  22. Its a tough call. I believe in the end though I have to go with a jig. 8-)
  23. Has anybody on this site tried the reel demo program from Tackle Warehouse? If you have is it worth trying? 8-)
  24. Sounds like a good setup. I think the highest weight 7/16 oz. On the Yum chunk trailer I would use a Netbait Paca chunk guys on this site of a lot of confidence in them. 8-)
