  3. The majority of the time I'm alone. I occasionally go with my brother of his boy but the times I like the best are with my wife.

  14. Scaleface, these will not see the water. I am though talking to a Rebel-head that has a few more of the shad floaters and am trying to get 2-3 more just for the purpose of throwing them just to see. I have a stash of Rebel ring worms that are going to be used in the near future.
  15. As a few on here know My wife and myself bought an older home and have been working on one project then another for over a month now. I haven't fished in a month and a half and I decided enough was enough and for a few hours this morning and I went fishing. It wasn't what one would consider a stellar morning but merely being out on the water was stellar to me. Anyway, I boated 5 fish, all caught on Zoom magnum finesse worms In black. They soaked overnight in clear JJ'S magic. We finally had some rain(It's almost drought conditions In this part of NC)last night and while the water was a little stained It didn't seem to affect the fish. I caught all 5 right on the bank in less than a foot of water. There was nothing of size with the biggest going two lbs. but durn If It wasn't fun!
  16. As promised, here are two baits I recently purchased. They are in great shape, in the original boxes, with Inserts! The black bait Is pre- 1965 and it was later named Rebel Humpy. If you'll notice on this bait the screw that holds the lip onto the bait is on top of the head. It was only later, not sure when, they decided to go from the bottom.
  17. Zoom 8" big dead ringer(red/shad) Siebert brush jig(bluegill and black/red) R.I smallie beaver(black/red) and a few different crankbaits with a custom made med. diver from Big M baits as It can be fished shallow out to about 9 ft. (TN shad) The thing I love about night fishing Is the lack of boat traffic and the sounds of the lake at night are unreal!
  18. Welcome!
  19. I would request a plastic worm that's an exact match of a Bill Norman Snatrix. This Is purely sentimental and while some might consider It a waste It was the first plastic worm with which I caught a bass.
  20. Welcome!
