  2. Dark colored baits tight to cover.
  3. Mud in the pee hole is mud in the pee hole. I've had mud in the pee hole. Everything works fine except the pee hole.
  4. Not necessarily. Pee hole might be plugged and nothing more
  5. Still hasn't let up here. Rained all week, snowed yesterday. 70 next Monday...allegedly
  6. I'll be at work The 17 year locust/cicada will emerge this summer. That's something that everyone will see.
  7. Another new one for me. The story on the back of the bottle: Back in 1948, at the corner of Clark and Sheffield in Chicago, Binny's Beverage Depot was born...blah blah blah For those of you not from Chicago, Binny's Beverage Depot is the "Big box" liquor store of all liquor stores. This is their house bourbon, distilled, aged, and bottled by Founders Co. On sale for $29, regularly $39. The description on their site: A rich, chewy and balanced bourbon that shows maturity and depth without letting oak overpower the softer, ever-present fruit. Vanilla, almond blossom, and caramel notes intermingle with cherry, plum, golden apple and ripe Bartlett pear. A complex melange of spices informs the long fruit and mineral accented finish, pumping out white pepper, cinnamon, clove and a subtle impression of mint. Everything you could want in a great Bottled in Bond Bourbon! It's smooth both up front and on the back end, especially for being 100 proof. All I taste is the spice and a little cherry. Another one and done for me. It's not bad, just not my "cup of tea"
  8. Hopefully it didn't cause a persistent issue that you'll have to babysit forever
  9. Who pays for it? Taxpayers?
  10. Which tool did you forget?
  11. Spot lock came out around 2010ish and there were some issues with gen 1 units losing connectivity with the satellite signal. It was fixed.
  12. 25gph? Where did you get that number? Most outboards average 3-5gph at WOT
  13. Going to play devils advocate here...and I hate cormorants. I agree whole heartedly with your post. Who are we to decide who's God? The federal government will be killing one owl species so another can flourish. https://www.yahoo.com/news/plan-shoot-thousands-west-coast-212012510.html Nature can figure itself out without legislative interference. Your smallmouth catches are a perfect example of how invasive species have helped fisheries. 7-8lb football shaped smallies in the Great Lakes are because of invasive species. The zebra mussels feed the gobies and the gobies feed the sport/gamefish. Invasive is a negative term unless we are talking about folks crossing our borders illegally. Then it's welcomed with open arms. My home water has a huge gizzard shad population. Every spring, at ice out, thousands of pelicans will spend a couple weeks binging on shad and whatever other fish they can scoop up in their beaks. Why aren't we killing pelicans? Animals will adapt to what nature throws at them, or go by the wayside. I wish humans were as smart.

  15. @Jigfishn10 How about some brass?
  16. She's got some pipes and easy on the eyes. This might be my favorite cover of hers
  17. You can do what you want with one graph. It's much easier to do with multiple graphs. If you have the money for 2 graphs, I don't see the issue.
  18. The lure is less important than the placement of said lure
  19. Why fish if the mortality of the fish is more important than the harvest itself?
  20. Take a kid fishing
  21. It says Coors Whiskey Co. Don't know if it's part of Coors Beer or not.
  22. I like it. Maybe better than the original...
