  1. You were one of the rich kids 😆
  2. That's all they got. Sturgeon Bay is boulder after boulder.
  3. This is similar to Sturgeon Bay.
  4. It expires at midnight tomorrow
  5. Have you verified they're all males? Wouldn't want to misgender them... If that's a real pic, I'm impressed. Right place right time.
  6. About 3x -4x the cost of a custom machined SS prop. Impressive to say the least. The link below the video is not the same as the one that posted https://youtu.be/MNnB_50Z20I?si=msn3bzpmFCtlwPI5
  7. Sounds like someone tipped off the DNR. https://www.fox32chicago.com/news/indiana-man-allegedly-cheated-chicago-bass-fishing-tournament-importing-fish-from-hammond @Junk Fisherman you know this guy?
  8. 80% is standard to allow for expansion. I worked at a RV dealer for a short stint, years ago and I'm in the hvac industry and deal with tanks all the time. There's a bleeder valve on the tank valve. I was taught to open the bleeder, and when liquid ticked out the bleeder, the tank was at 80%. Don't know if that is true, it's the way I was taught. As far as a full tank weighing 38lbs, that's not necessarily true. The tare weight is going to be different from different tank manufacturers.
  9. Hit up Island Lake on Saturday. Slow fishing. 6 landed, 17" was the biggest. Fish were striking short and shaking off. Water temps 66-70*
  10. Another question. Ceramic Carbon fiber ceramic Semi-metallic I'm thinking semi-metallic???
  11. Mom passed on May 13th 2020. Best I can do and will do, is stop by the cemetery tomorrow.
  12. I'd be visiting family in Austin so Texoma is out of the question.
  13. Been my experience to use 87 if the manufacture recommends it. If there is no ethanol added, I don't see why you can't go higher than 87. If you are filling with ethanol, stick with the octane the manufacturer recommends.
  14. Depends on the water depth. Shallow water and wind will change the temp much more dramatically than deep water and wind. The surface temp on my home water can change 5-10* overnight if the wind is blowing just right. Mind you, average depth is 4ft. Wind and 2ft rollers will change temp
  15. Best time of year to have a successful trip for bass/multi species on Lake Travis? Thinking more for numbers rather than size. Any guide recommendations that are "elderly friendly" and/or guides that use live bait? Dad's arthritis prevents him from casting all day.
  16. Kudos to you. I dropped 50lbs around 4 years ago and I've been able to maintain it, for the most part. Went down 4" on my jeans size. Amazing how much healthier one feels after losing that kind of weight.
  17. I'm confused. Can you post a pic of what you are talking about? When you say bow to stern brace, those are generally not located where you are going to mount the trolling motor. That brace would be running low in the hull not high.
  18. I doubted I'd ever need a $300 combo but, after fishing with them, it sure beats a $30 Ugly Stick. I agree with your post. Unless I am 100% sure of how something was taken care of, buying new is what I prefer as well. As far as the OP, if everything is in good working order, the pricing appears pretty fair. The market is beginning to crash. If you can hold out, folks selling out of desperation and bank repo's are going to start popping up.
  19. Crappy day of fishing produced 2 pb's My son's biggest walleye at a fat 26" didn't get a weight on her but I'm confident she went at least 6 pounds, and a 36" pike that weighed in at 13lbs.
  20. I beg to differ. A fish box....
  21. There's a guy who lives on one of the lakes I frequent that trolls for bass out of a small jon boat. He's very meticulous in the way he trolls. He trolls parallel along the high side of a break. He's also very efficient with his time. He'll troll the break once or twice in each direction and move on if there's no sign of fish.
