  1. Anyone know where it went? Im paying for it and its gone... >
  2. This is right on target with my gameplan. Plan on starting with some small Booyah Pond Magic spinners fished very slow then switch to a light tx rigged finesse worm, wacky rigged trick worm, Bitsy bug jig with a tiny chunk trailer for my plastics. Plan on punching some left over grass with a sweet beaver and may try a little shaky head and drop shot a tiny fluke if all else fails... The key will be finding the areas that are holding fish. I have some dead end canals with good fresh grass and some wood. Thanks for the advice..
  3. Thats what it looks like for our club tourney this weekend...I know the bite will be tough. I have a game plan but would like to hear your approach to see if im in the ball park. Thanks

  5. My confidence craws are zoom ultravibe and super speed craws but i'm going to try and work these in until I gain confidence in them. I have a boat load of Paca Craws also that I hardly use..
  6. My latest addiction, done stocked up on several colors of standard and crazy leg chigger craws...I have way more plastics than I know what to do with...
  7. I dont know but i cannot go into any store that carries soft plastics without buying a bag of something. Ive been on a chigger and crazy legs chigger craw kick latley...
  8. Sorry I did not respond sooner I almost forgot about this thread..If you have basic knowledge of using html codes building a site through Go Daddy is a breeze. I had no experience prior to building this site. It does take a little time to learn all the little tricks and how to navigate the website design software but once you get the hang of it it is very easy. Good luck.
  9. I have 3 with 2 of hem being 7:1 ratios. Love them! Cant be beat for $99 bucks IMO other than the recontioned revos from ffo tackle for $99
  10. I am a big NetBait fan but that looks a little over the top IMO. The flippin B looks good though!
  11. : Your in the very small % that would say that.
  12. I have 6'6" M Spinning 7'3" MH Casting 7'6" MH Casting and 3 Vendettas Love all of them
  13. So far you have replies of 10 -15# so that should give you something to shoot for. 12# is probaly ideal. Im using 15# right now for shallow/medium divers.
  14. I've been wondering the same thing but been to lazy to ask. I can say mine have been flawless out of the box with a slight cast control knob adjustment. I pitch with some and cast with some.
  15. Which is usually anytime your punching being its nice and dark under those mats and pads. I usually use Watermelom/Green pumpkin variations but im thinking the Blue Sapphire would maybe stand out a little better in the low light grassy conditions. When punching you looking for that quick reaction to that big weight and bait falling down and it seems to me the quicker they can locate the bait the better. I read somewhere that bobby Lane uses only unpainted Tungsten for punching for this same reason.
  16. When is the ideal conditions for this color? I know of plenty guys who use this color year around and swear by it but i've never gave it enough time to develop confidence in it. It seems to me it would be a good color for punching when your looking for that quick reaction strike.
  17. Thanks fellas, think I will boil some water and straighten them out them store them in a plano.
  18. I keep all my plastics in in their original packages and stored in one gallon freezer bags according to there classification. I am having trouble with my fluke tails getting bent up prety bad. What are you doing to eliminate this? I am thinking of storing only my flukes in a hard plano maybe....
  19. If I had to guess it would be some sort of Beaver bait.
  20. Im just guessing but Davip P must have switched to revo's
  21. I've been using the Buckeye Flick-It for all of my wacky worm fishing and so far so good. Have not caught a ton on them yet but they seem like they will be very good. I use trick and finesse worms on them mostly.
  22. Are you loyal to one brand or do you use several? I'm talking for main stuff like finesse worms and creature baits. I am a soft plastic junky and have collected a lot of Net bait, Zoom, and now Berkley Powerbait stuff. Is it a good idea to have a mixture of all of it incase they prefer one over the other on a particular day or is better just to stick with what you are confident in? I tournament fish and i'm always looking for that extra edge. Ive always done well on zoom plastics but cant help to think that when the extra action on a net bait mad paca may make a difference sometimes than the more subtle zoom brush hogs or maybe the scent of a powerbait could be better in dirty water...What are you thoughts?
  23. The Abu Veritas are comparable, both nano fiber rods with good guides. Depends on whether you prefer a white or orange stick...I would say right now the Abu rods are the more popular choice but both are good rods.
