  1. sweet
  2. I use Yozuri Hybrid for a few of my applications and I like the line. Its tough and with some line conditioner, is very manageable.
  3. +1 I have multiple rods/reels/line combos for different kind of cranks. If I had to pick one size to accommodate most cranks, I would probably go for a 7'4" med/mod rod.
  4. I've fished Quantums exclusively for over 20yrs now. I have NEVER had a problem with them. I have about 20 reels right now ranging from Catalyst PT's to Tour Edition PT's and they have all performed flawlessly. No finish blemishes either. I love Quantum reels and will always fish them. I also use Quantum Tour Edition PT rods and they have been great as well.
  5. sounds like something I would love to try. Where can I get all my stuff to start?
  6. big *** smallmouth
  7. Does Geico have boat insurance?
  8. my favorites for smallmouth are a weightless 5.5" zoom fluke fished at a quick pace, jig/swimming a tube, and I also like lipless cranks

  15. I would recommend the following for a beginner bass fisherman: spinnerbaits flukes tubes finesse worms in both 4.5" and 7" lipless cranks grubs jigs senko off-set worm hooks in 3/0,4/0,5/0
  16. my favorites for smallmouth are craws, flukes, grubs, and tubes.
  17. I like to flip/pitch anything. If I had to pick one "traditional" flipping/pitching lure it would have to be a jig.
  18. I have a bunch of the Energy PTi along with Catalysts and Tour Editions and they've all been nothing but great.
  19. I like YUMS craw papi
