After ice out i will usually shore fish before work and then go back out again in the evening with my kayak. I will do this until late in the fall.I have been known to go out 2-3 times a day on a day off if the fish are biting or its nice out.I have never kept a fishing log to keep an accurate count but my sister in law commented to my wife once that "There is no way he can be fishing all this time ,nobody likes fishing that much"

Does st croix make a pink rod ? if so ,will i get beat up by other anglers if they see me using it

I experimented with weightless soft plastics and slow retrieves and had some pretty good luck.

I stumbled upon this site a few years ago just as i got back into fishing again. At the time i had one or two combos and a minimal amount of lures and terminal tackle. Because of this site i now have had to push one vehicle out of the garage so i could devote more space for my kayak and pond prowler and for my soft plastic/jig buying obsession. Thanks alot you guys.

I remember reading where Phil never had an interest in doing the show and the publicity and fame that would come along with it until he realized he could use the show to spread Gods Message. I had read where Willie was the one who always wanted to be a movie star (famous).

I sense it will be a bigger loss for A&E than the gang from duck dynasty who have a huge following and were already successful and being paid very little from the network anyhow.

I think I would have a heart attack if I were on that boat. I know I would definitely soil myself.
