  1. The Dicks by me carries the basics :cry4:I have to rely on bps (expensive) or tackle warehouse for the good stuff.
  2. He kind of looks like a young Phil Robertson.
  3. 240 sq feet seems kind of tight for two people.I was thinking by the time i loaded all my fishing gear onboard i wouldn't have any room for my wife the thing would probably sink from my soft plastic stash alone...lol.
  4. Looks like a floating paradise.https://homes.yahoo.com/blogs/spaces/maine-floating-cabin-is-240-square-feet-of-summ
  5. I haven't seen a post from Kayakr in a long time either.
  6. They couldn't pay me enough to do this....http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=2bd_1407908167
  7. I always cover up with long sleeve shirts and long pants combined with a wide brimmed hat whenever i head out to go fishing, My mom just had merkel cell carcinoma removed from her face along with several lymph nodes taken from her neck. Thankfully, her tests came back clean. Please take skin cancer seriously and cover up.

  9. Keep your spirits up . I would check the local garage sales or estate sales near you ti see if you can pick up a used one in good shape for a bargain. Check out craigslist also.

  11. I fish 1/8-5/16 jigs on my 7 ft medium/fast tip legend elite. As for braided line I use 10 and 15 lb braided line.I use spinning setups for everything.
  12. Research different brands on the internet and look for a sunscreen with safe ingredients because some brands have chemicals in them that may promote skin cancer.

  14. I have an older model crucial (5-6 yrs old) with the full cork handle and its an excellent rod,i prefer it over my legend elite at times.
  15. I have some of the turbo craws which i have sliced to make jig trailers out of them and the claws will float up and flop around. This has been my favorite new jig trailer this spring,
  16. I would be afraid of the thing. http://www.grindtv.com/outdoor/outposts/post/alligator-snapping-turtle-surprising-c
  17. I caught the biggest bass of my life on a 4" yum dinger in watermelon color wacky rigged. I love them so much i put some of there yum decals on my kayak.
  18. This is my favorite also.I use a zoom u vibe craw in the black sapphire color. I bought some z-man turbo craws and cut them into trailers and they are awesome because the claws float up. All my bass this spring have been with the turbo craw as a trailer.
  19. I have one of the older models with the full cork handle in the 7'medium power and its one of my top two rods that i enjoy using.
  20. Nice job Mark.
  21. My biggest (7-8 lbs) was caught on a wacky rigged 4"watermelon colored yum dinger.
  22. I use one of these when i shore fish.http://www.basspro.com/Berkley-Strapon-Tackle-Box/product/1560/ Its not huge so it forces you to carry the basics when you go out. The only downside is that if you do a lot of fishing like i do you will be buying a new one every year because the plastic hinges are crap. I found a way to replace one half of the hinge with a small metal cabinet hinge and its held up for 3 years so far.
  23. I maintain and acre and a half and used to spray almost weekly to try and eradicate creeping charlie and clover. One of the best things that happened to me was that my wife took up bee keeping for a hobby a few years ago, ever since i have gone organic and let the weeds run amuck and do there own thing. The bees love the blossoms and now i have a lot more free time to fish instead of spraying and maintaining.
  24. I have never had a jon boat but i do have a ride 115 and a pond prowler.I haven't used my pond prowler since buying my kayak three years ago. Kayak fishing is that much fun.
