  1. I liked the post because the forum doesn't have a love button
  2. I actually specifically picked this blank BECAUSE it was pink. If someone wants to think that it, or I, am girly, more power to them, because I could give the furry crack of a rats behind. The model that I held in store was way Tip heavy. I would never fish one, only because after meeting scott I vowed not to fish a shelf rod again.
  3. I'd bet it's the same kind of loon that would buy an NRX over a St Croix in the first place!
  4. Lucky Craft Man- me too! One of my favorites is the first one he built me- that's the one that floats -with reel line and lure attached. Lumberjack Barbie makes 7 he has built for me, with 4 more in the queue after that. I'd have more but he keeps having to do surgery on NRXs for some guy.
  5. This is one of 5 on deck just for me! Lol
  6. I love this already Scott!
  7. I know. At least that weekend was with a Steelers fan though
  8. I would definitely at least tear it down and clean and lube the bearings
  9. I use the Sunline Sniper FC as a leader, and couldn't be happier. Can't comment on it as a "full spool", as I don't use it like that, always as a leader on braid.
  10. I use 20 lb Daiwa Samurai on my spinning reels, because the diameter matches nicely to the line I use for a leader. I don't necessarily think that 30 is too big though
  11. 6 lb 10 oz on the State scales at Walnut Creek on Erie. Part of a 3 fish, 21+ lb bag caught on Halloween weekend. Here's the biggun, caught by my buddy Jamie and here is the "group photo"
  12. Another member of the drop shot club reporting for duty. Love fishing a drop shot
  13. I've never understood the reasoning behind adding weight to a fishing rod
  14. She sung it as it was written, posibbly one of the few voices that can hit all the octaves needed. One of the honors for any song writer is to have another artist do thier number and own it thier own way I would say, now having heard it, she folllowed the head ( melody) of the song and imporvised some scale climbing there. Whats the big deal? She sang it the way it was written? You obviously werent even paying attention.... She didnt even get all the words right : She added words.... it was IMHO a disgrace to the honor of the thousands of men and women that have given their lives fighting for our freedom.....however, like I said thats my opinion...... you are allowed to have a different one.
  15. If you try to sing with dignity and still butcher because you just cant sing that is one thing. Butchering the song because you are trying to put your own twist on it is another..... Sing it the way it was written you arent going to be able to make it better its perfect the way it is now
  16. Who watched the game? That lady absolutely butchered the National Anthem..... she should be jailed
  17. Hey, you should take this as a huge compliment. 90+ views and no criticism. It must be perfect. Nothing is ever perfect like I said I am hoping someone will notice something I havent
  18. I am sure you are all just looking it over in order to give the best possible response right? Seriously could use help from anyone that can give it to me
  19. If I were to either post my resume here or link to it online would you guys be able to look it over and critique it? EDIT: Please don't hold your opinions back. I am not expecting anyone to say its perfect I am here because I think it needs some work and want some suggestions.
