Thanks guys. I rember that muscle weights more then fat. I take raw carrots, celery and a buch of other things like that and can eat them all day. I cant stand the taste of how they taste after you cook them. I will keep you guys up to date.

Iam not doing this for any sport. Iam also not doing it for woman. Iam doing it for my self, friends, and family. I don't need them comming to my funeral becasue of a heat attack. Right now iam about 320. Iam hoping to get at least to 210-220 by next year at this time. I have no problem loseing weight. I just cant seem to lose more. I will also start this after christmas break. Going on a diet durning the holidays suck I was on one a few weeks ago. Iam justy glad I like good foods. That is going to make it easier.

The bullpen was there problem last year. I would also like to see sheets say healthy this year. I belive if sheets was healthy they would have made the playoffs. Then the brewers would have given the soxs a tuff battle. Any one that saw the rockies go all they way knew they had easy teams.

Right now iam worried about the warranty. But next winter its going good bye. I cant wait intll 2011 to touch that car. I plan on adding a bigger turbo, fuel system, coilovers, bigger sway bars, and a bunch of other things. Well iam not sure If iam going to redo the engine yet. But I know iam going to do the handling. I will for sure put on a cold air intake, a new ingiton, 3 inch exhaust from the turbo down. I will also get a high flow cat. Then I will need a bigger intercooler.

Matt I was hoping you would chime in on this. I cant blame you for not running synthetics if its not a daily driver. I have heard great things about royal purple. But I never knew lucas made synthetic oil. I checked mobils web site and the say I should use 5w30 for it. But the owners manuel says I can use any were from 5w30 to 10w30 in it.

I have heard good stuff about it. I see car shows on tv pluging it all the time. I would like to hear from people that arnt being paid to say its good. I was told by a few guys at school I should run it in my durning the winter becasue of the turbo. I know there are a few car guys on here. So I need you thoughts on it.

I swear I saw a shooting star for the first time a few weeks ago. I can sit out side durning the summer with a fire some music and stare up at the night sky. And yes Iam sure it was tabacco. I asked my family to come out and look at it only my grandma has seen it before.

Yea we had about a inch of snow last night. Now a cold and a warm front passed. They say its going to start snowing some time tonight intill tomorrow evening. They say its going to be a lot of snow. I just thought it was cool site. I have never seen any thing like that before.

Friday night it was a full moon. I step out side about 8pm the get some tabacco in me. I look up to see a ring around the moon. I don't mean a tiny ring I mean a big one. I was a clear night and I couldn't see any stars. All I saw was this white ring and the moon. I have never seen any thing like this before. I wish I could have gotten a pic of it. So has any one else seen this happen?
