  1. Hi guys, do you like the Yozuri Hibrid more than the Pline Floroclear for a baitcast setup?
  2. Thank you for the info guys!! Now I know what I need about the power and action, but let me ask you one more question. Do you think that the Boyd Duckett worth's the extra-money or I must go on with the Gold? I will use the rod for light soft plastics, some little topwater lures and shallow cranck's and I'm thinking about a 6'6 M fast.
  3. Hey friends. I can see that in the US people is talking a lot about the E21 rods, but here in Europe where I live I have not the chance to have one in my hands before purchase it, so I must buy directly from the US. Because of that I need a comoparison of their power and action to a rod that I own (different models of St Croix and Gloomis), so could you compare for me a MH fast E21 Gold Stix to a tipical MH Fast St Croix (or GLoomis if you want), please. And I have another cuestion, are the guides of the Boyd Duckett and Gold Stix different? Thank you and sorry because my English, I'm doing my best :-[
  4. IMO the premier it's a little bit more capable to throw light lures than the curado D.
  5. IMO LTB rods have a very very good blanck, but I don't like at all the guides and the reel seat. I think they could be better in a +220 $ rod. But thinking about other rods in this price range probably the LTB is a good choice, I have the 7'6 MH fast. On the other hand if you are looking for a jig&worm rod I think that exists a difference between the avid and the LTB. For the other aplications this difference could be not important, but for a jig&worm I think it is.
  6. Thanks for the replies. I think I'll not take the risk.
  7. Hi! I've heard that there are persons that are dissapointed with the Rec guides. Would I have any problems using a rod with them for a heavy cover techniques?
  8. Usually round reels have a bigger gear than the lp (comparing the same company and size), they are more powerfull and durable.
  9. I haven't ever used airrus. And I don't like daiwa mike Iaconelli rods at all, IMO there are better rods in this price range.
  10. 1/8 oz jigs, 1/4 spinnerbaits and all kind of little soft plastics, specially small craws and creatures.
  11. Baitcasters!! Spinning only when I'm fishing with light finesse worms and it's not possible to use the baitcast combo.
  12. St croix LE 7' MH Fast + Shimano Metanium MG + Pline 10lb + jerkbait... couldn't be better
  13. OK, thank you.
  14. Thank's T-rig. I've seen this "swimmin'/pop'n image" ;D, I hope it will swim correctly... I'm going to buy two or three : If you or somebody knows other shops, please tell me his names I have searching in the most popular US shops, but probablythere are a lot that I don't know... Bye!!
  15. Hello, I'm looking for a heddon swimmin' image in color Dance's Fire Tiger but I can't find it here in Spain, it is only available in other colors. Do you know if there is a internet shop in the USA that has this cranck and ship's to Spain? This is my favourite cranck...
  16. Blue and white. But IMO probably are more important the sound and the vibrations...
  17. Very nice pictures. It's more smooth than the MG or they are similar? And could you tell me your opinion about the durability comparing it with the mg, please?
  18. I'm very happy with my Shimano Symetre 2500. It's smooth and very durable. I also have a shimano stradic and can't find any important difference between them... but the second one is much more expensive.
  19. OK, thank you.
  20. Hello, do you know if metanium mg reels has got HEG? I can't find somewhere this info... Thank's!
  21. I think (I hope : ) this reel will be better than the Metanium XT (Chronarch). Just one question, are they "made in Japan" or "Malaysia"?
  22. After reading your opinions I'll definitly purchase one Kistler Helium Lta casting rod. I only need to know if the power is heavier that they are rating. I believe my two last rods I had bought are much more powerfull than they respective ratings (Daiko Scylas & St Croix LE), and I don't want to do the same mistake :'(
  23. Hello, I'm from Spain and here is very difficult to find a Kistler rod in the shops, but I want to buy one (7' MH xfast). I would like very much to has it in my hands before purchase it but it's not possible. Could you tell me how much powerfull is the rod comparing it with a Gloomis Imx, with St Croix LE or Daiko Scylas (all of them MH), please? Sorry if there are mistakes in the text, I'm doing my best :
