So i am tying my own jigs now, I am looking for some suggestions that will catch those fall crappie, and bass. Also any suggestions on any hair jigs that will catch bass. Anyway Thanks in Advance

Only places around here you have to pay are state parks, and thats for all the stuff the park offers, but there are no specific places meant just for fishing that you have to pay to enter

only place i use swivels or leaders is salt water, I'm weird :-p reason is I feel life like action is nessecary in fresh water with no current, so i feel a dangling little brass or black thing a foot away from my lure , or attached right too it distracts the fish, Maybe I just over think.

In my oppinion your brothers a believer in the bigger the fish the better the catch which really isn't always a case, and Is why I don't fish catfish on the delaware. But I agree with you I want to go to, I hear they fight like a smallmouth X 2

eh i fish more artificals in the freshwater, then I do in saltwater People who say you gut hook more fish on live bait are people who let it happen in my opinion, In all my years of saltwater fishing i have gut hooked 1 fish on live bait, and never one in my first year of fresh water fishing, but I have gut hooked some LMB on jigs. Also I feel if you gonna rip a fish through and then out of the water, the least you could do is give it a meal for its troubles

hook up a bobber and hook rig, or if you want train your self to feel for the bite and watch the line just hook up a hook to your line. Take the Minnow hook it through its top and bottom lip, NOT THE HEAD, or just the bottom lip. Cast out and wait. Thats really all there is to it, I usually use a bobber with minnows or shiners, because if i am using live bait, Its just a chill day where i don't want to catch a fish, but its an added bonus.

Do creeks and streams have tides, if so how do they fluctuate.

I saltwater fish more than fresh water so for me Black and Gold Penn 7500 for my jetty and surf pole but I'm looking in to getting a 5500 and a new jetty pole as for Freshwater more pinnacle hasn't done me wrong its been dropped about 12 times twice on concrete and its still holding strong. I think its a pinnacle CR-10 or something
