I did a few times, once with a 1/2 oz. jig, and one with a 3/8 oz jig, I got more hits with the lighter jig. I like it, you should try, I got about 75% on the worm, and the other 25% on the jig!
(so it turns out other people have done this other than me)
The main bait is BIG like 8" mosquito fish (We just call them minnows)
It's just a small two to 3 acre pound. Not sure what they will do?
But thanks, for the biggins tip!
I heard some where that a cold front for south fl is coming, what bait do you advise? The air temp. now is in the mid to high 80's, it should drop down to the low 70's high 60's so we're looking at a 10, 15 degree air temp drop! I recently got some 6" zoom U-tail worms in the mail would they work good worked sssssllllllllooooooooooowwwww on the bottom with a light bullet wight? What do you think? :-?
How do you add a pic to a post with out adding a link that you have to click to open? Example: http://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_forums/YaBB.pl?num=1222281222/0
I have the DD22 and have a high speed baitcaster (6.2:1) and a low speed (5.1:1) both have the same rod and line type. I like to use my high speed and i just reel slow.
(was fishing it Sunday)
What's your favorite way to fish the rage tail anaconda?
I was thinking it would do well if you reeled it just below the surface of the water making a wake.
