  1. That's a great read, thanks for reminding me
  2. I really enjoy the Alex Cross series by James Patterson (sp?). Just about everything Louis L'amour wrote, The Haunted Mesa is a good read and not a western. The Beating Drum set in the moors of England 1600's and Jubal Sackett are a couple others. Brad Meltzer also writes a good book.
  3. That's hilarious
  4. I'll have another dually, mine was a diesel, the way mine was lowered still hauled horses and cattle fine. Miner was a simple suspension drop.
  5. Mine was before the whole lowprofile huge rim craze, mine wore 17 inch, Weld Racing Rims
  6. THis isn't the best picture, having trouble locating some of them. Anyway
  7. I'm not single and she wasn't a door dragger, 7 inch drop in back 5 front, I'll get on the pc and post some pics
  8. You know that pic isn't from WV, the only state with a roadkill as food law.
  9. No wonder I've been so popular a lowered crew cab dually black, and a Silverado also black
  10. X2, but typically it has to do with my sunny personality being grated by some ignorant butt, to the point that I must react, lol It is a very rare thing that this happens, but occasionally it does.
  11. FWIW, you shouldn't carry a lethal round for everyday purposes, to many tricky DA's and law enforcement agencies, if you carry a hollow point they are saying that you are planning to murder whoever you have to shoot. I know its crazy.....any way this round with the fragmentation is made to do massive internal damage, the round most likely will not punch all the way through.
  12. I also wear Danner, but I despise thinsulate, if my feet are cold I put on a hat.
  13. oh, and one more thing I thought about, nobody back home calls them the Appalachain Mountains, we call them the Alleghenies. Yes they are part of the Appalachains, but to distinguish them from the Blue Ridge part which goes through VA, ours are the Allegheny. If you look at a map, the Blue Ridge goes east of WV. It is a moot point, but a matter of pride for some, at one time there was debate as to whether the Allegheny Mountains were part of the Appalachain Chain at all, or the other way around.
  14. Wait until you hear how Kanawha is pronounced. Suddenlink should have it on demand. Also some of the mileage and directions given from one place to the other. So far Wolf Creek has been in the state of Ohio from mileage and directions and Greenbrier and Monroe counties.
  15. I'm from Greenbrier County, WV. Have lived in Ronceverte, Renick, know where Wolf Creek is, you'll not find it on any map because it isn't a town rather an real loosely defined area, my family is the oldest documented family in Greenbrier County, Mom's side (Morgan). Just about everybody I know has dug 'seng, its abundant. The show is absolutely fake, nobody is being shot or run off because of 'seng. You can watch Appalachian outlaws on history, switch over to the golf channel and watch Big Break filmed at the Greenbrier Hotel, both filmed within a few miles of each other. The only truth I've seen is the distrust of outsiders, trust is earned. the McMillion guy's story is real. The reason there isn't a moonshiner from WV on Moonshiners is because making moonshine is completely legal in WV, selling it is not, you are allowed to make something like 10 gallons a year.
  16. I actually know where one is, nobody has ever been able to buy it; the guy is content to watch it rust away.
  17. My springer had an affinity for buzzbaits, she always wanted too retrieve one. She lost her boating privileges early on. If she wasn't jumping overboard to chase lures, it was ducks, geese, frogs other boats.
  18. Congrats
  19. Labs are high energy dogs, need allot of exercise and something to do. Notorious diggers when bored, properly exercised and trained great companions, if not they're 80 lbs of raw energy. Y
  20. All he had to do is cut her off financially, for 60 million I'm sure she can pretend long enough. Shoot I believe my daughter would fake it for awhile for allot less.
  21. Unless there is a shooting preserve nearby, couldn't be one.
  22. If it only takes an order of 500 reels to have some produced, there should be some thought given to a special run of a Bass Resource reel. Take a portion of the profits and donate to Tackle the Storm.
  23. I just boil sprouts a little and eat them with vinegar.
  24. I am like fine wine I just keep getting better with age Honestly the bullet proof went out the window when I found myself flat on my back for six months. I am thankful for that experience I matured a lot and realized that what makes a person successful is not money or accolades, but a family who loves and supports you no matter what. I have four kids and a wife that I adore, friends that would drop everything if I needed them. Things like that make me successful, not by my strength but they're gifts from God.
  25. I think there may be more than one bird in the picture
