  1. You didn't read it. There's multiple threads answering that question.
  2. Sorry, but there won't be any more. This is a clearance sale, meaning I'm getting rid of all the inventory. Once they're sold out, they're gone. What's left is going fast, so if you're interested in anything, you'd better step up and get yours before it's too late!
  3. School's out. Lock your stuff up.
  4. Sounds to me you "pay" by giving marketers your contact information, and "opt in" for market research, spam, flyers, phone solitations, etc. At the end of the day, I'd rather spend the 6 bucks on a lure than endure the endless hassles. No thanks.
  5. Nope, haven't heard a thing. She hasn't answered any of me e-mails recently.
  6. Holy MOLY! Does that ever bring back memories! I had that exact rod in my teens. I took it hiking with me, and canoeing up in the Yukon. Caught a ton of trout and grayling on it over the years before I finally gave it to somebody. Fun little rod. I'm not sure it has the backbone for bass. But then again, I caught a few on it; just nothing of any size.
  7. Please see this thread: http://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_forums/YaBB.pl?num=1182996302
  8. Okay, okay.... Issue #1 - Last night The server crashed.... HARD! It died. Kaput. Bye-bye. The techs couldn't revive it. So it took them a few hours to "fix" the problem (I'm guessing they moved everything over to a brand new server). That brought the site back up. Bonus - site runs faster now. Issue #2 - "revolving door" on the front page Clear your cache on your browser and it will go away. I did some code updates today, and the legacy code that's stuck in your computer is conflicting with the new code. If you don't know how to clear your cache - go here: http://www.google.com/support/calendar/bin/answer.py?answer=37059
  9. The key is to get them back into the water as fast as possible. Fish blood clots under water faster than in the air. That's how nature designed it.
  10. I'm terribly sorry. Something is indeed wrong with the server. It crashed tonight, which is a first. I'm having technicians look into the issue now. I hope to have the issues resolved ASAP. Thanks for being patient. I have to endure the delays just as much as you, so I feel your frustration.
  11. You should be able to e-mail them to yourself. Easiest way to do it.
  12. I did a little more research. This is a scam, no doubt about it. Specifically, it's the Nigerian e-mail scam, designed to rip you off and steal your money. DELETE THE E-MAIL!
  13. Ya, I Googled the name too. It's definitely a scam artist trying to steal money from you. It's a derivative of the now famous Nigerian e-mail scam. It's a complete fake and totally illegal. Again - DO NOT REPLY TO IT!!
  14. Problem resolved. There was a corrupted file that contained the member login information and profiles. I've fixed it, so you should be able to resume using your previous profiles now. Glenn
  15. If you get an e-mail from a member of this forum named "Miss Olivet" (using a Yahoo e-mail address), DO NOT OPEN IT!! It is NOT who they portray themselves to be! It is not some "young single pretty girl". This is a scam artist from Nigeria who registered here, and then started e-mailing members, trying to entice them to e-mail back to him in order to validate the address was active. I don't know exactly what he is up to, but I assure you it's no good. I have banned this person from the forum. He was only on here for about 2 hours before I was alerted by a member here. So hopefully you did not get the e-mail. But if you did - DELETE IT IMMEDIATELY!!
  16. The problem recently has been Yahoo's crawlers overwhelming the site. I've been working with Yahoo over the past several weeks to resolve. It's slowly getting better as a result.
  17. If so, then I invite you to cast your vote! http://www.fishhoo.com/cgi-bin/links/rate.cgi?ID=554 Thanks!
  18. The article about his win was posted last night - before this thread was started. http://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_123/bass_grand3_07.html
  19. Thanks for the responses everyone. I think I have it covered now.
  20. Smith & Wesson SW990L coupled with Winchester's 127-grain +P+ JHP. I gotta agree w/P-Rock. Take classes - all the time. Join a gun club and go at least monthly. And above all, NEVER brandish a weapon unless you're prepared to kill or be killed. It's not a toy to be waived around in an attempt to threaten or scare people. Somebody just like you might pull out their weapon and take you out if you do.
  21. Yup, I've experienced the wake boarders, and their huge wakes. We have them all over the place here. I've seen those wakes do quite a bit of damage to floating docks, not to mention the boats tied to docks, as well as erosion and other damage to the shoreline. I suspect, and hope, they make those boats and activities illegal someday. Lakefront home owners are going to unite and do something about it sooner or later. Oh, and just see how much fun it is to hit one of those rogue wakes out in the middle of nowhere while doing 70+ mph! Not fun!
  22. This is also answered in the Senko FAQ http://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_forums/YaBB.pl?num=1120424317
  23. Anyone here know of a good print shop where I can have business cards made?
