  5. Expect to see Rod Marinelli as a defensive coach for the Seahawks or Chicago Bears next year. Also I'm going to go out on a limb and say Jeff Jagodzinski (head coach for Boston College) will be head coach for the Jets. If not, than perhaps offensive coordinator for the Seahawks. I'm most interested in seeing how Singletary pans out in SF next year. Should be interesting.
  6. My state has been smoke free for a few years now and it's been great! I only wish they did it sooner in my younger years when I was club-hopping. I would've gone out more often, but hated the stench on my clothes, plus I spent the next day clearing out my lungs. Now if only Vegas would follow suit. :
  7. If you want to know whether or not a member is active, just click on his profile. You can see the last time they visited. I have other reasons for removing the delete button. It's not coming back. Sorry.
  8. That was his old profile that he deleted. He since came back on under a new profile. I've since removed the ability for members to delete their own profiles to avoid such confusion.

  11. Does this answer your question: http://www.bassresource.com/fishing/tournaments_beginning.html
  12. We have a garage, boat, truck, den, bedroom, and family room full of fishing "stuff". (I live with the baitmonkey.) Home Depot has a plethora of shelving and storage options. Home Depot is your friend. Plastic, stackable bins with drawers are particularly effective. Pegboard is wonderful in the garage.
  13. x2 I was rooting for the underdog. Would have been nice, but oh well. No big deal. I don't care much for any of the AFC East and AFC North teams anyway.
  14. Look at the top of the forum for a thread called "Please clear your cache". Please read and follow the directions.
  15. Yes, it was a great record. I wore out the grooves in mine. Funny looking at the video now. That's about the time that the steadycam hit the market. Back then, that video was 'cool' because it was unlike anything we had seen before in terms of videography. Then again, PacMan, Space Invadors, Donky Kong, and Bezerk were "totally awesome" too. (ugh, barf me out!) Seems so benign by today's standards. Later
  16. Goodbye Peyton!! Goodbye Atlanta!! What a great day in the NFL! BTW - I think that's the 6th or 7th year in a row the NFC West has knocked off a team in the first round of the play offs.
  17. That particular issue is not widespread. There's been less than 4 confirmed cases in the last month.
  18. Rest assured, I'm not picking on Burley. Clearly his name changes are such so that you still know who he is. I'm specifically speaking about the copy-cats who are changing their names so drastically that nobody knows who they are anymore. Seriously, only Burley can pull it off well. :

  20. I've noticed some of you are changing your screen names....often. I presume because you think this is funny or cute. But keep in mind a few things: 1. You build up a reputation for yourself under your screen name. Change it, and nobody knows who you are. Thus, you've lost all that credibility. 2. When people try to search for your posts (because YOU posted something they wanted to see again), they can't find it because your screen name has changed. For these reasons and more, I personally feel that changing your screen name is rude to your fellow members. But, if you MUST do this, then at least choose a name similar enough to your old screen name so that people recognize you. Burley is the only one who does this well. (still a pain in the rear to search for his posts, because you need to first figure what flavor of the day he is) Just my .02
  21. For new questions, please start a new topic. In this case, your new question should be posted in the Northeast Bass Fishing forum.

  23. Welcome Home! I'd go with the test ratings. You don't do anything different for co-polymer, mono, or fluoro now do you? Same thing with braid - it's the pound test that you need to know.
