  5. I heard the Hostess brand will be bought almost immediately, therefore production will have very little disruption (unless of course all their employees decide to work elsewhere). LOL'ing at all the Hostess Hoarders over the weekend.
  6. Alright folks, here is the official RoadTrip website! http://www.bassresource.com/pickwick/index.html
  7. Here's the pics. The white "lowrance" thing is the weather module. I also showed the battery compartment - gotta keep those wires organized there too.
  8. We have a TON of information here on BassResource about proper fish care and release. Videos, articles, posts, you name it, we have it. So it appears you're bringing your agenda to the wrong place. Regards, Glenn
  9. I use the BassResource buffs. Seriously, I do. Their design is unlike any others in that they protect both the lower part of your neck and the back of your neck as well.

  12. I have 2 Ford trucks. A '99 F-250 with 220,000 miles on it. Bought her new. She runs like a champ and I've had zero problems with her. That said, it just blows me away the new V6 Eco Boost has more HP, more torque, and much better gas mileage than my V-10! That's very impressive. I'm thinking the Eco Boost just might be my next truck. A 2009 F-450 dually diesel. That baby just flat out hauls! It has the twin turbos, and aside from an initial problem with the wrong factory torque settings on the intake tubes (which caused them to blow off under high pressure), I've had no problems with it whatsoever. When I'm in the market for a new truck, I'll definitely be checking out the new Fords.
  13. Unfortunately a few folks forgot we can't talk politics here. So just as a reminder, please read this NOW before posting again!

  18. Wow Ronnie...13 days without power really sucks, but in the grand scheme of things, that's a minor inconvenience. I'm glad you came away relatively unscathed.
  19. Usually you need to release earlier than you do with an overhand cast.
  20. I have an 8" at the front, and a 10" at the console, both Ram mounts. Both work terrific. Both are Lowrance HDS2 units. I can take pictures of the installation if you wish. Key thing with the Ram mounts is that you can never tighten them down too tight, meaning crank those suckers down hard! Otherwise they'll lay down flat while your going full out down the lake! Oh, and this also means don't EVER put a protectant on the balls (like AmorAll, BTS, etc). That will cause them to lose their grip.

  24. Use BTS (Bow To Stern) protectant on your carpet and lids. It contains anti-mold agents that prevent the growth of mold.
  25. Play it safe and pour it in your neighbors car.
