  1. You're talking old school now...the Dan Doornik and Jacob Green days. I was lucky enough to attend the first 'Hawks game in '76, and have been a fan ever since.
  2. I love this bar!
  3. Then you are using IE11, which was just released. It was not compatible with the forums. I've just implemented a patch in the forum software, so those issues should be resolved. Please clear your cache and refresh your browser. Thanks!
  4. Absolutely. 1984 was the first year Krieg played. Before that, it was Zorn. The 12th Man earned the title well before the jersey number was retired.
  5. That "something" is wrong. Many folks know the Hawks fans are known as the 12th Man. Some folks even know that the Seahawks retired the #12 jersey in honor of the LOUD and loyal fans for their commitment and ability to literally change the tempo of games in the Kingdome due to the noise. But most folks don't know that happened in 1984 - a year that, yes, Dave Krieg was quarterback. Here's an article from 1985 (another Krieg year) that depicts just one of those games. You'll see it sounds strangely familiar to today's games: http://www.shannonlove.com/seahawks_from_a_fan%27s_point_of_view.htm
  6. Not to mention the trademark infringement. Just sayin'
  7. Hello, I just checked several accounts and it seems to be working fine. I think perhaps the confusion is that it may take 15 minutes or so for these items to show up in "my content", which relies on an index to be built before they show up in search results, Whereas "View New Content" is set to show instant results. That is why you're seeing the difference. Please check back later to see if all items are present. They should show up. If not, then I will need specific links to items not showing up to investigate further. Thanks! Glenn
  8. Yes the record was broken again. But no, it's not the loudest it's ever been at a Seahawks game. They're just starting to make the levels official this year. The Hawk's fans have been notoriously loud since the late '80s. Local media has shown the "unofficial" average around 120db, with peak levels north of 140db in the past. They've even detected small earthquakes by nearby sensors during games!
  9. There was a database error causing the issue. It should be fixed now.
  10. If anybody has been following the Hawks for the past 2 years, they wouldn't be surprised by the win. 14 hometown wins in a row - 22 if you include pre-season. Oh, btw - the crowd noise set yet another Guinness record. 137.6 decibels! Not in our house!
  11. I'm not able to duplicate this with my account on file. New content is correctly showing. Could you please ensure you have set your filters correctly? Based on not having any followers, it is likely you have 'Just Content I follow' on the bottom filter. As you are not automatically following content, that may be empty. If anyone are still experiencing this issue after checking the filters, could you please provide me with the account name, password, and permission to log in as you to check?
  12. Ah yes, the annual topic is about 4 weeks early this year... http://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/111068-chatroom/
  13. Broncos will go to the playoffs simply because they'll win their weak division. KC will probably go too. But with the Colts and Patriots in their way, I doubt they'll go very far.
  14. This is a great deal! Time to give a hint to your significant other for Christmas!
  15. The only things I worry about when I'm posing for a pic is whether or not I'm properly supporting the fish, if my hands are wet, if I'm touching him as little as possible, and taking the pic as quickly as possible. I think when somebody posts a pic of a fish w/weight, and then people bicker over whether or not the fish actually weighs that much is one of the most petty and shameful things I see in this sport. One minute a person is saying we need to get more people involved in the sport, and in the next breath they're calling somebody a liar over what? The weight of a fish? Really? How is that encouraging people to get involved in the sport? The only time it matters is during a tournament - and that's why they have scales.
  16. So you catch a lot of drum?
  17. Any picture that doesn't involve a bathroom mirror and a kissy face is a good one!
  18. Couldn't have said it any better Mike! Have a wonderful holiday!
  19. Ok seriously, my stomach just growled when I read your description! Sounds great! Hope everyone has a safe and fun Thanksgiving!
  20. And to you too!
